I agree with the reviews they are extremely rude , i have gone here to support them alot these past weeks and i have never had a problem until yesterday with one of their employees (hispanic,black hair,short hair in a small pony tail,looked like she barley graduated) and their attitude, she was rude, didn't have no greeting or smile what so ever, and to top it off my drink didn't taste like it should have, tasted mostly like ice and milk when I messaged them telling them about my bad experience instead of asking what happened they just asked what drink did i order, after i told them they just read my message and didn't reply, thats when i kind of knew it was the same girl that attended me was replying back to me because i send another message saying i wanted a refund for 1 out of the 2 drinks that i ordered and they replied back by saying my "message was confusing,if i had a genuine problem with the drink or did i just not like it ,and that she worked early morning and didn't have any issues nor did she haves someone bring a drink back so my message was a bit surprise" and "that the owner would refund me my money" which I thought okay thats good they're kinda owning up to it, but as i wanted to reply back to tell them why I didn't like the drink they blocked me they're really unprofessional and i been literally promoting them to friends and family and in social media, now I really know what ppl mean about this place now, never coming here again thats for sure nor will I recommend this place to any of my family and friends, such poor professionalism and to top it off i texted the owner 951-816-5xxx about the issue, she didn't even bother to reply, i will definitely by speaking about my bad experience to everyone i know, shame on these people , they get the community to support them yet they treat them like trash , u know what keep our money , i just honestly never want to go back there that's how bad it is read more

They used to be really really good but lately their quality has gone down hill. The last two times we have been there two of my 3 drinks were wrong, both times! I don't see the owner there anymore so that could be part of the reason. On 5/11/20 when we were there neither of the girls were wearing facemask's or gloves when handing money and then our drinks! I hope things ture around soon, this was one of my favorite coffee spots to go to in town and I love to support small businesses in our community. read more

This place is awesome! My husband and I pulled up right before closing and they had everything ready to close and the wonderful lady penes back up her machines to serve us coffee. Not to mention we got 2 ice blended drinks and a vanilla latte and holy moly it was soooooo yummy! The service is subpar, baristas are not super friendly or welcoming, but normally I forgive this for some lavender coffee. Today however, the service was horrible. The barista I encountered was so rude. I asked for 2 iced coffees sans ice, and she handed me 2 half cups of coffee. After laughing because, seriously? I asked her if she could please fill them up. She said no that it was pre-measured. She said, "first of al, this isn't Starbucks". Clearly, because Starbucks makes sure their customers are happy. She called her manager who I believe was the owner and said in front of me, that I was arguing with her and still they wouldn't just fill up the coffee. I mean, to have a customer leave unhappy with half a cup of coffee and lose a customer on principle just to save 10 cents of coffee? Just bad business and terrible customer service. I try to support small businesses and the coffee here is good, but because of the bad customer service and managing practices I'll be just taking my business back to Starbucks. Unless you want to be frustrated or aren't picky, I suggest you do the same. ***in response to the owners reply below since I am unable to reply... Ma'am, no one was nasty or mean to your rude and clearly poorly trained employee, I can only assume you're trying to cover up the bad service and place blame for your rude employee and bad service on to your FORMER customer, that you clearly don't care to lose. Your barista was unprofessional and the situation could have been resolved quite easily and this would have been avoided. I was indeed frustrated at the service and attitude I received. I went to Java hut to change up my coffee from Starbucks and asked if they had decaf options which the girl working said yes. So I asked for an iced decaf pumpkin spice latte and it was amazing. I'm very very sensitive to caffeine and unfortunately this was not decaf which made me completely sick. I had to pull over off the freeway to park at a fast food restaurant and have my bf pick me up because I was so shakey and out of it from the coffee. I've lived in Lake Elsinore for a few months now and I have been wanting to try it out, today I finally did. I stopped by after picking up my daughter from school, I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte. Unfortunately it didn't taste as good as it looked, it had a weird chemical cleaning supply taste. I don't know if it was the syrup but I had my husband taste it and he agreed, I took a couple of sips and threw it out. Consistently good coffee and smoothie drinks, prices aren't bad either, and usually pretty quick service. I usually go for the blended Java Junkie or the blended Dirty Chai (which reminds me of a Pumpkin Spice Frappe in a pinch lol), but the Snickers drink and Cookies & Creme drink are good too. I also love that it's a drive thru but it's a little confusing, go around the building first and then you'll find the entrance. Because of the reviews I stopped in on my way to town. I ordered a dirty chai tea, honestly not the best tasting at all, I normally make these at home or purchase at the coffee bean, or it's a grind. This tasted like it was all the chai powder with no extra espresso like ordered. After six months of living in LE I finally took a chance to try this place out. I have to start out by saying that this place rocks! I have been a gold card member of Starbucks since 2007, I always loved the incentives. Though the customer service is very poor and I am super thankful to have found Java hut! Not only do they have double punch Tuesday's for the drive threw punch card ( for every 10 punches the 11th is free ) but their coffee is organic and soooo tasty, Not to mention the wide variety of drinks they carry!!!! I love the customer service, the energy, and overall appearance of the baristas, I felt welcomed and not rushed. I had the privilege of trying the green tea and an awesome caramel toffee coffee frappe which were both delicious and for the fraction of the cost I would have spent at Starbucks! I am very tempted to purchase their t-shirt and promote this establishment just because I want it to stay open for many more years to come. I know there's not an intercom to place your order but the wait ( if any ) is worth it! I am happy to say that this will be my coffee house from now on and to Starbucks; I'm not sorry for finding a better place to frequent though I do feel sorry for them due to their lack of teaching their baristas awesome customer service such as Java hut has displayed! Took the disabled bus there thinking I could wander around or sit inside and wait for the bus to come back. All outdoor seating on a cold foggy morning. I love JavaHut. I'm on a Keto lifestyle and they have Keto drinks on their menu, something that even big restaurant chains do not have. The drinks are delicious too!
