I go to Java Hut every day, most of the time it's twice of the day. I get the pistachio latte which is absolutely delicious. The customer service is always top notch. I love Jamie. She is such a hard working woman and does a great job of running her business. All the girls there are so sweet. I also love the passion fruit green tea iced. It's so good. The owner and family who run it are the sweetest people, and have even lended an ear for me after my husband passed away. The worst coffee in Elsinore. McDonald's coffee is superior to this place. Freeze dried instant coffee is better. And the service- with only 1 customer ahead of me, it still took 7 minutes to make 2 frapps and they were served by a snooty girl with no manners. Never again. Once upon a time this place rocked. Now 1 star is too kind. Was there less than a week ago. I've been looking for a coffee shop that isn't corporate or a chain. So excited I found this spot! Coffee was great, prices were fair. Service was good too. Only thing I wish is that there were more "clean" options, like an organic roast, grass fed cream, stuff like that. I would totally pay more for it! Had the stamp card down to last punch, purchased a large black coffee and a caramel Frappuccino with extra whip cream, order came to $8 handed cashier money and hole punch card and she informed me that new ownership they will no longer be excepting the card, I was at my last hole punch the other little girl behind her decided to become snotty about it so I asked for my money back I'll leave as the girl behind her was waiting at me saying bye-bye leave. Super confused as to why there are so many good reviews for this spot. We ordered a Java Junkie and a Caramel Macchiato and pulled up to the window, was a little surprised how quickly they gave us our coffees, I don't think there was enough time to make a shot of espresso, let alone enough shots of espresso for those 2 coffees......then we tasted them, I couldn't taste any espresso.....tasted like one of those specialty coffee dispensing machines you find at the continental breakfast in a hotel. Terrible, dumped them both out. We also ordered a croissant sandwich and a bagel, both small and again like cheap hotel food or something you get at the gas station convenience store. I agree with the reviews they are extremely rude , i have gone here to support them alot these past weeks and i have never had a problem until yesterday with one of their employees (hispanic,black hair,short hair in a small pony tail,looked like she barley graduated) and their attitude, she was rude, didn't have no greeting or smile what so ever, and to top it off my drink didn't taste like it should have, tasted mostly like ice and milk when I messaged them telling them about my bad experience instead of asking what happened they just asked what drink did i order, after i told them they just read my message and didn't reply, thats when i kind of knew it was the same girl that attended me was replying back to me because i send another message saying i wanted a refund for 1 out of the 2 drinks that i ordered and they replied back by saying my "message was confusing,if i had a genuine problem with the drink or did i just not like it ,and that she worked early morning and didn't have any issues nor did she haves someone bring a drink back so my message was a bit surprise" and "that the owner would refund me my money" which I thought okay thats good they're kinda owning up to it, but as i wanted to reply back to tell them why I didn't like the drink they blocked me they're really unprofessional and i been literally promoting them to friends and family and in social media, now I really know what ppl mean about this place now, never coming here again thats for sure nor will I recommend this place to any of my family and friends, such poor professionalism and to top it off i texted the owner 951-816-5xxx about the issue, she didn't even bother to reply, i will definitely by speaking about my bad experience to everyone i know, shame on these people , they get the community to support them yet they treat them like trash , u know what keep our money , i just honestly never want to go back there that's how bad it is read more
