I tried their house coffee and it was delicious. $1.75 for a medium coffee is not bad and it's organic coffee which was nice to know. It really saved my butt since I couldn't brew coffee at home because our electricity will be off until 2:00pm today. I felt like I was dragging myself out of bed today so the coffee was perfect for me. I will definitely be back soon. By the way the lady who helped me was so nice and made me feel welcomed since it was my first time trying her coffee. read more

We were excited to get our drink only to get blatantly rejected because she said she couldn't serve us while we were in school, which we were not. Of course we told her we don't even go here then proceeded to wait a little while until she got off the phone to serve us. Only when we told her that we weren't in school did she start showing a better attitude. Hopefully the drinks are good, but the service has rubbed in a bad way. read more

Amazing customer service . Forgot my debit card and the cashier girl was so sweet about it she offered to take care of it for me I let her know I will be back to pay and she still gave me my drink , I returned and payed for my drink and continued to come back I love that they have such a big variety at a good price . I recently went through the drive thru of this place, and the employee was working on helping a previous customer. No big deal, but the problem was that she kept on talking to the customer not even an acknowledgement that I was even there. She kept on talking to the previous customer still after she was done helping her. I am sitting there waiting in drivie-thru. I am a pretty reasonable patient person, but this was excessive. I tried to give them my business and was hoping to continue but the customer service was not there. Anyway I had to leave because I had things to do.I hope they get this taken care of or they may lose more business. read more

I love this place as a regular customer but today I didn't like the fact I was placing my usual order and the worker was twirling her nose ring and touching her nose then went straight to handle my food. Maybe they need gloves prior to handling the food. I left with my food but didn't say anything as I'm a regular but if I continue to see this I will stop coming. read more

Been coming here for a VERY long time but I must say after the change of ownership some of my go to drinks have only been getting better!!! Stopped by yesterday to get my old go to Vanilla Bean and OH MY... why I stopped getting it? CANT REMEMBER!! My tastebuds were absolutely dancing!! This is a great drive thru coffee spot. I've only been here a few times but the coffee is delicious and I love that they have non dairy options like soy milk. The size is pretty big for the price. I'm not a fan of the syrup they put in the smoothies because it's not healthy but I'm sure you could ask for no syrup. Will definitely keep returning! read more

Im a regular at Java Hut but these last couples times I went and I thought the cashier was highly rude. I went by around 12:40 today and I ordered a Green Tea Frappe. I was not greeted as I pulled up and I always order my frappe double scoop. She had a snotty remark and asked 'of what'. I stated the green tea mix and she then proceeded to say "its powder'. I was not aware but I have always ordered my drink this way. This cashier needs to be spoken with. read more

My favorite coffee spot!! I never go to Starbucks anymore! I've lived in Elsinore for 4 years now and I just recently discovered this place. I wish I would have a lot sooner! I love that their coffee is organic. Great prices! It always tastes amazing! Such a cute little drive thru coffee shop. The owner is super sweet and I love going on the days when my favorite girl is there. I would put her name but I am horrible with names!! She knows my order by heart and I don't even have to tell her anymore. They have punch cards for every 10 coffees you get 1 free and they have "Double Punch Tuesdays." I would recommend not going when school gets out because they are packed and its awful trying to drive on Riverside Dr during that busy time! They close at 6pm. Had to give them a 3 for my first impression and experience overall. When we first got there the lady in front of us took a good minute ordering and talking to the cashier which normally I would be fine with but I was on my way to work; once it was our turn she proceeded to step out and get some box from the car of the previous client. She was polite and quick about it and made me giggle a bit cuz that be something I'd do too lol. As for drinks I ordered 2 boba drinks as I've been wanting to find a closer boba spot. The drinks themselves were delicious! But the boba was a let down. There wasn't much of it in the cups, small in size, and not warm or squishy as it should be. As a travel photographer I try food from many locations so upon a overall comparison of customer service, taste, quality/consistency, and bang for your buck they checked off 2.5 out of 4. Definitely minor adjustments would make a great difference and I hope to see them continue to grow. read more
