That whole milk was bad, I told them, they thought maybe it's just me, they gave me the same whole milk again but this time in a washed jug, however it still tasted wrong. I'm not sure if anyone else complained about it to them that day, but the customers at another table felt the same. They should really check the milk before making lattes out of it. Ambience wise, they really need to get the place sprayed with a pesticide or something, it has a lot of bugs, little flies and mosquitoes, it could also be because of the big indoor plants. But every time I go there and sit, it makes me feel itchy. Lastly, they shouldn't be too sensitive if someone does not give a tip, one of my friends did not tip them, and they made his hot latte and didn't bother to call out his name, and it went cold.

I kindly asked if it could be remade or replaced with something else, but the staff declined and told me in a very condescending way I'd need to pay again if I wanted a different drink. That was disappointing on its own, especially since this has been one of my favorite coffee shops and I've brought plenty of friends, neighbors, and even visiting family here to support the business. What truly drops this review to one star, however, was the shocking response I received from one of the employees. She cussed me out, yelled, flipped me off, threatened to call the cops on me, and screamed for me to never come back--all while I had my baby with me. I've never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a business. I can only hope the owner reviews the cameras from this incident and takes the matter seriously. Sadly, I will no longer be returning or recommending this café to others.
