I was not quite prepared for how intense it was. It was a LOT but I walked out feeling at least 90% better (I came in with very tense shoulders and almost a kink in my neck). There were two times when I had to ask him to reduce the pressure and he was so understanding. I couldn't believe how he went 90 minutes nonstop but he did.
