Today I arrived at appt for my son and he was rejected being seen due to a balance on my acct that…read moreis being disputed with Delta Dental. The balance is for a chipped tooth I've had repaired 3 times at Morrison and it's still chipped. The first repair was May 4, 2026. It chipped the same week when I was flossing. I went back for the second repair and it chipped again within 2 weeks. The third repair lasted about a month and came off when I was brushing my teeth. I didn't reschedule to have repaired for a fourth time because the other repairs were not successful. I've been looking for another dental practice for my family however there's no current openings at most practices. I have $1500 HSA available and refuse to pay a balance for a service that was not successful. My son should have been seen today being that the office is aware I'm disputing the charge. They would not see him because I would not cover balance and to add insult to injury they're charging $60 cancellation fee when we were there and on time for the appt. They refused to see him. I have not been pleased with Morrison service at all appts cleanings and procedures. Today gave me confirmation that I need to take my family to another practice. They are short staff with hygienist and dentist. They do not do thorough cleanings and procedures as you can see with my chipped tooth repair this is still broken after 3 attempts. I do not recommend this practice.

This office is SO unorganized and the Manager Sara is Extremely rude. She has NO manager skills. I…read moreguess they hire anyone. I had requested a claim to be sent to my insurance before i did any dental work. I had called back 2 months later because they said it takes 6 weeks at least. When i called back they could not find anything that was sent? 1st Error. So they said they are sending it that day. Again, i waited and decided even though i have been looking for another Dentist to call back after 3 months. They said the did not have anything??? So, at that point i asked to speak to the Manager. (fyi) the lady Sara that answered was already being sarcastic. She then said she was the Manager. WTH! That is so ridiculous that a so called (manager) can be rude and un helpful. I hope Dentist's reads these comments. I am apparently not the only one that has and had issues with this office. Such a shame!

Another update: I am over dealing with this business. I have an in person great experience working…read morewith them and I stand behind what they are trying to do to. make an impact but dealing with them after being a customer has not been a great experice. I am not sure where the disconnect is but 1- they do not communicate well if you are a former customers. 2- they charge you for service upfront and you pay out of pocket for the service before they file with the insurance. That is my issue that state they have sent it over. I have checked my insruance account and the info is not there. I emailed last week asking for my documents electronically by the end of day and got nothing. I then called and left a message the following day. Asking they send it over. They haven't. I spent 4500 on 1 tooth to be repaired. Now I am in lost between the paper trail of where I get my reimbursement. I have tried not to place blame on them but this is ridiculous. I will not recommend their service as a former patient. Current patient teated extremely well, as a former who wanted to use them again. I will not and I will not recommend them. If you are looking for a bio-dental be prepared to pay up front and possible have insurance issues if you deal with them and be out of money. This has been on going since 28 Aug and it's now Dec 7.

If you are looking for an attentive, precise and trustworthy holistic dentist look no further. Have you struggled to find help with your child who has seemingly unexplainable or confusing dental patterns?! Everything can be addressed and improved here! Dr. Samaha has a clear drive and passion for this scientific art, and I am forever thankful she has chosen to use her God-given gifts to help others to the absolute best of her ability. She has an extensive knowledge base, not just of dental arts but also all things health and wellness, including facial and oral development and growth patterns especially related to airway and mouth breathing. We found this office after lots of searching, many other dentists, not all bad, but we knew that the products and services offered at Port Warwick were each carefully selected using the most up to date research and patient individuality in mind. It is no secret that children are presenting with more and more dental concerns at younger ages. Our son was an especially challenging case, and our family has been treated with grace under some very difficult circumstances. We finally received the airway and mouth breathing help we needed! We finally received the nutritional partnership we needed! We finally found a dentist that doesn't use dangerous products to get the job done! We finally found a dentist office that can understand our holistic lifestyle and not only that- THIS OFFICE WILL ENHANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND HELP YOU GROW! Dr. Samaha and her team demonstrated supernatural powers as they did what most dentists could not do with a child presenting a unique combination of decay and defiance. Over a very lengthy appointment, their endurance and commitment to doing what needs to be done the right way allowed me to fully trust in God and His provision of their talents and gifts, and let go of all control that many of us parents want to have in these unpleasant situations for our children. Dr. Samaha is a dental professional you can trust in to provide gentle and loving care to her patients. She explains things to children (and their parents) in a way they can understand and is amazing at making connections with them. She is readily available and will always give you her honest opinion with the data to support it. If you want to have a beautiful smile that is a result of a healthy body, this office can help you to set and achieve goals for total wellness. Our mouth is very much a reflection of our mind-body's state and most dentists entirely ignore that. We have actually had many very impactful homeschooling lessons on nutrition as a result of our discussions with the staff here!! I give this office ONE HUNDRED STARS!!
