Ordered ahead over the phone for Mother's Day and requested 2 bouquets $50/each. Only specified thr colors pink and purple for my mom and aunt. I forgot to snap pictures but it was a beautiful arrangement with assorted flowers. They were so fresh and they did not skimp on the flowers. Also their decorative dressings on each bouquet had beautiful materials and ribbons. If I live close by I'd ordered here every special occasion. Terrible customer service. Terribly overpriced and wish I knew sooner that they don't understand the wedding business. Save your time, energy and stress, there are plenty of amazing vendors out there. Picked up flowers for a friends wedding because it was a small order. I just took what the shop gave and brought it to the venue to find that I was missing one of the parents flowers. I called to ask if they could rush one over the venue because they left it out and said they would try and call me back after speaking with the owner. D-20 mins to showtime and I had to call to ask what the development of the situation was. They had no intent of telling me they were not planning on sending a replacement. The lady finally mentioned if the box that was labeled "mother" had 2 in it. It did, so I said sorry about that and was about to hang up when the lady yelled at me for causing them havoc. I called back and said I didn't mean to wreak havoc but maybe your boxes should be labeled with how many pieces are in each, said I had to go I was at a wedding hung up. And then I get this text (see pic below). Very unprofessional to say the least, but I stand by what I said and made a reasonable remark for improving customer experience. I went into Jasons Flowers knowing exactly what I wanted but a little scared because I never brought flowers from a flower shop before. However, I was determined to buy 3 red roses for my husband to celebrate our anniversary together. I was also terrified that I would be up charged so I prepared a whole prep talk for myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the store. I asked how much a red rose is and was told $6 per rose. I know that's more expensive than other places I visited that were selling roses for $4-$5 each but I didn't mind paying $1 more. I asked if they were able to make a pretty little bouquet and they told me that they have to combine everything with baby breath which is exactly what I visioned. I also got a flower powder for free which they so nicely taped inside my bouquet. Needless to say, my first flower shop experience was no as scary as I made it out to be. I came with a vase from home and they filled it with water. Depending on the season, they have ready to go bouquets starting at ($35). A dozen roses go for $50 but during Valentines Day they are ($60). You could purchase floral arrangements with vases for ($70+). If you need just one rose or flower, they could customize that for you too and you can pick what they have in their refrigerated florals section. I preordered flowers to be sent to a funeral home. I texted information of the recipient name and reference number. They say it was delivered. Yes, it was delivered but the chance of the world being very small can possibly be very small. I tried explaining to them what happened and the female worker on the phone won't listen and just tell me to hang up. The flowers were sent to the correct funeral home. However, it was delivered to given to the wrong service, which also belongs to one of our colleagues. That's how a small world this is. I just need them to be careful and owned up to the mistake so something like this does not happened again. Great customer service goes a long way. I gave two stars because the flowers they texted me did came out nice, but minus three stars because of the incident that occurred. Edit: received a called from the lady and she's kept blaming the funeral home. Just take accountability please! Listening and taking ownership goes a long way. She was not even apologetic at all. I definitely will not come back because she refused to listen and take accountability for this action to be rectify! read more

I went in the other day after calling to ask if they made any graduation leis and when i called the lady said and i quote "we can make anything." So with this response i went in with the intention that they could which THEY COULD NOT!!! When i walked in i showed the lady at the desk a picture of a lei since they weren't familiar and the lady at the front desk asked me how much i was willing to spend and i said $60-70 and she said she would ask her boss. She tells me to follow her to talk to her boss and i go and they are speaking in another language so i don't understand them BUT even though i do not speak their language i can tell when someone is being RUDE and her boss looks at me with disgust and laughs when the lady tells her i would want to spend $60-$70 and she tells me that it would run by AT LEAST $300!!! Are you serious $300?? And the boss said they don't have that many orchids so she would have to get them in and the flower is expensive...thats a bunch of bs if you ask me. DONT SAY YOU CAN MAKE ANYTHING WHEN YOU CANT!! This shop is way too expensive and they don't realize that there is a way to talk to people especially your own customers and i would expect more from a business owner thats just disgusting. After this experience i told her i would look elsewhere which i did and went to Flowers By Peter which is not too far from there and ordered my lei for $60!!! GO TO FLOWERS BY PETER! The have roses and bouquets of flowers and some other needs for the flowers. It was very crowded due to Valentine's Day but they were doing their best to help the customer as soon as possible in their way. Nice smiley faces behind the counter. The prices range are ok but some bouquets are really expensive. Also thoose bouquets look really nice and hot which I bough one oh them :) There is two section, the first one has the regular flowers and stuff to use for flowers. And also some roses available. The second section is refrigerated, what's why Ayoub can't be staying there much , but there is a window that you can look and order your bouquets of roses. The shop itself is really small and there isn't a huge selection of flowers you can choose from; however, the nice flower shop lady was very quick to greet my friend and me, and immediately knew what type of flowers to arrange when we told her it was for a funeral. Thieves! These people charged my boyfriend 10$ per rose on Valentine's Day! 75$ plus tax for 7 roses is disgusting! This is a moms & pops store so be careful because it seems like they makeup different prices everyday. Very limited selection of flowers, they make most of their money on fixed bouquets and arrangements. Also, if you see their 14 year old son working the register- don't give him a credit card. He overcharged my boyfriend by 10$ and had to return the difference in cash. Horrible experience, do not recommend. read more

My fiancee picked up a bunch of long stemmed mixed flowers for me here for our anniversary. The stems were different lengths so you had to fill the vase up to the top to get all the stems. I didn't realize this until it was too late for some of the flowers (Limonium). Roses and such lasted a good week. I go in today for valentine's day and they charged me $60 for the same flowers i always get. okay only $10 extra i was okay with it.
