I also realized the receipt said cash, not card. So what he's doing is like putting his thumb on the scale! Mind you, twenty cents is not much, but he is probably cheating many people this way and will only become more emboldened as time goes on.

I also got a blue raspberry lemonade. Burger came up after a 10 minute wait or so. It was delicious! It's one of the best burgers I've had since relocating here.
