Due to the short pieces at the top of my head that stick straight up, I've had my hair in a ponytail all day as leaving the house with my hair down would look ridiculous. Unfortunately, I've come to find that even in a ponytail, there are patches of 1 - 2 inch strands that stick straight out of the sides of my head. Since I can't wear my hair up now, I will be wearing hats for the next six months while this grows out. This is beyond upsetting and so embarrassing that even a ponytail can't hide this hack job. I've never experienced anything like this. It looks like my 2 year old took scissors to my hair.

For the most part, whenever I go see her, I'm probably the only other client inside - just incase you guys get nervous for Covid reasons. Nancy is so welcoming. She starts off asking you what you want to do with your hair, and she observes and starts framing your face to see if you would like it and gives out suggestions as needed. Then she washes your hair, and then she begins the cut. She's so knowledgable in the industry. She given me helpful advice on how to maintain my hair. For reference, I've always had to wash my hair daily because it's always getting so oily. So she's given me tips on how to prevent it. And after 6 months of following tips, and seeing what works for me, my hair is fuller, healthier, and thriving as I've mentioned. She also sells products in house just in case you want to obtain professional items. I highly recommend her. You won't regret it.
