Several others were also having issues, yet everyone passed it off to the next person with no resolution. Still no manager! Customer service handed me a 1-800 number to call... I told him what I needed, and he proceeded to show me where I could find it, and discuss different size options that I could purchase! The gentleman behind the counter was JUST AS NICE! Both thanked me for visiting and really made the customer feel welcome and appreciated. Granted, I'm a NY transplant who certainly was wayyy too nice for the area :p The fertilizer that I ended up buying was only $26 for a 50lb bag, which is entirely reasonable compared to a Scott's bag for at least double that price.
