But Lowe's managed to cut copies twice that didn't work. I then went to Walmart and made a copy. That didn't work either. I only found that out after driving home each time, of course. So I was really frustrated. At Wally's, the key was cut by hand and FINALLY was done right. And the customer service was excellent.

Several others were also having issues, yet everyone passed it off to the next person with no resolution. Still no manager! Customer service handed me a 1-800 number to call... Another 2 hours on the phone and I still have a piece of junk for a washer and I'm out $800 bucks. Next major appliance purchase will be from Home Depot, even if I need to drive an hour! If Lowes in Hartsville had any competition they would be out of business.... The employees would run from you rather than help you out!

Today we came in for the free kids workshop and today's project was a fire works bean bag toss game. Anyone can sign up for free and the kids get to use hands-on skills with hammers, screwdrivers, nails, and paint to create their own little project. This is a great Saturday activity for any age kid.

I told him what I needed, and he proceeded to show me where I could find it, and discuss different size options that I could purchase! The gentleman behind the counter was JUST AS NICE! Both thanked me for visiting and really made the customer feel welcome and appreciated. Granted, I'm a NY transplant who certainly was wayyy too nice for the area :p The fertilizer that I ended up buying was only $26 for a 50lb bag, which is entirely reasonable compared to a Scott's bag for at least double that price. I'll certainly make it a point to make this place my first stop before going to Lowe's in the future! Keep it up you guys!!
