    Would definitely recommend Jared's if you're looking for an engagement ring. Faith and Robin both helped me out. Robin was able to stay within my budget and help me tremendously in putting together a precious engagement ring. The customer service is excellent and as well you pay a small fee for the lifetime warranty which gives you peace of mind when you're buying jewelry. They have there in store jewelers which makes repairs easy you don't have to worry about your ring being sent out. I usually don't do reviews but I know the experience of shopping for an engagement ring or just any valuable jewelry can be overwhelming and you do not want to get scammed. You definitely get your moneys worth.

    Faith and Miguel helped us throughout the whole process of picking the perfect ring for my future wifey. She wanted a black diamond and had to go through the process of having it custom made. When it was ready to be picked up, she didn't like it at all but Faith was really understanding and really wanted my girlfriend to get the perfect ring. We went through the process again and the second time was a huge success. My girlfriend is super happy with the ring. Miguel and Faith were so helpful and made the process comfortable even tho my girlfriend didn't like the ring the first time. Thanks for being so patient and making the moment feel special and memorable for us.

    Faith helped me to find my dream ring. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. I had the best customer service over there. For sure I will be back again.

    He went to Jared! We had gone ring shopping together to get an idea of the type of ring styles and the type of diamond we liked. The sales associates were pretty helpful and patient with us trying on rings. They didn't think anything of my furry baby (dog) in a stroller while shopping. Most of them had dogs at home and they were amazed by how mine didn't bark and stayed in his stroller. We must have spent two hours trying on rings at looking at diamonds. We even took a break to have dinner before closing a deal. The point is that the staff had so much patience with us as first time ring shoppers (we only went to one other jeweler before this). I'm not going to get into detail about their warranty, but will say that they did line out what was & wasn't covered, along with what would void the warranty. Yelp 100 Challenge - 25 of 100

    I went into this Jared location because this is the location that my fiancé bought my ring at. He proposed on July 18, and it was amazing! He and my mom said they loved their sales lady who helped them named Faith, said she was soooo accommodating and helpful. They LOVED her. Unfortunately, I went on Monday to get my ring sized because it was too big and Laura helped me. I had such a terrible experience. She was so rude to me and didn't even congratulate me or ask how I liked my ring, I didn't even see a smile. She also didn't care to size my finger correctly and on Wednesday I went to pick up my ring and it's STILL SLIDING OFF MY FINGER. I'm so upset because I knew that day Laura helped me she wasn't not being helpful or even trying at all. It's really sad, I was so sad to have to drop off my ring in the first place and now she made my experience so much worse. I feel like if you work in a place like this you should be happy and maybe smile for people who just got ENGAGED.. better yet, maybe care to make sure this expensive ring is perfect and fits perfect. I called to express how unhappy I was and thankfully FAITH answered. I explained this all to her and she's going to make sure I get helped with her next week thank goodness. Someone who actually cares and can make this experience a bit better for myself. Thank you Faith. Laura, please learn how to take people serious and maybe appreciate your job a bit more.

What made the experience even more meaningful was that I had literally just walked out of another jewelry store nearby after having a very unpleasant experience. The difference between the two businesses was night and day. The moment I approached the door and rang the bell, I was immediately welcomed inside. I met both Margarita and Caesar, explained what I was hoping to create, and Caesar instantly began assisting me with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. I came in looking to create a custom engagement ring using two rings I had already purchased, and they immediately reassured me that it could be done. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they truly cared about helping me make the right decision. Caesar and Margarita listened carefully to the direction I wanted to go while also offering thoughtful guidance and options I had not even considered. Margarita especially emphasized how important it is to choose the right ring for such a meaningful moment in life, and I completely agreed with her perspective. They provided me with a fair quote, patiently walked me through different possibilities, and then showed me several beautiful rings in the store that were honestly far better than what I had previously purchased elsewhere. What stood out most was not just the jewelry, but the atmosphere they created. They made me feel respected, important, and appreciated the entire time I was there. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine customer care completely changed my experience and restored my confidence during what should be a joyful and memorable purchase. Thank you, Margarita and Caesar, for your outstanding service, honesty, warmth, and professionalism. Looked around the store and partner had two watches she was interested in. We asked Roque for a coin which he got a quarter out of cash register. We assigned heads and tails to each watch. I stopped in and casually asked XENIA (a sales associate or manager not sure), who I regularly see there but my purchases were with other sales associates. I simply asked Xenia whether the store planned on bringing in Omega watches. Instead of a professional conversation, I was met with a very pretentious and dismissive attitude. She immediately responded that she did not want Omega in "her store" because she preferred more options for women and claimed Omega has "too many references" and "does too much." And "there are other better brands." What made the interaction even more off-putting was that I was literally wearing an Omega Seamaster which she saw and noticed during this conversation. Rather than respecting a customer's interest and enthusiasm for watches, Xenia completely dismissed the brand and acted as if it was beneath the store. Everyone is entitled to their opinions on brands, but there's a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers--especially returning customers who have already spent money there. The tone and attitude throughout the interaction felt rude, unwelcoming, and condescending. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location specially due Xenia's overall attitude and demeanor. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the products being sold, and this interaction left a very negative impression.
