I had a great experience at JF Jeweler. I went in to have several things done. my watch resized, a bracelet sized, a gold necklace repaired, and a silver necklace pendant cleaned. Everything was done very well and the prices were very affordable compared to other places I checked. The owner was very nice and helpful, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. It feels like a family run business that really cares about their customers. I really appreciated that they didn't try to overcharge and were honest about the work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend JF Jeweler if you need jewelry repairs, cleaning, or resizing. Great service and fair prices! read more

JF Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Rialto, California

I recommend coming here for jewelry repairs. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He was able to repair/set a 14KT yellow gold prong set CZ jewelry. I did check out other jewelry repair businesses and I liked this one the best. I'm excited to bring more pieces in for repair. It's hard to find honest businesses like this one. There is parking on riverside and it's private parking for customers in the back of the building. Nice complex read more

JF Jewelers - New location information - Jewelry Near Me - Rialto, California

I took my ring in today to get repaired, he did a wonderful job, very kind, would highly recommend them.

I called them, a man answered and was extremely rude to me when I asked 1 simple question. Then immediately hung up.

I have been meaning to get my mom's ring fixed for quite a while, and I didn't know where to go. I wanted to go somewhere locally and stumbled across this place. The jeweler gave me a very fair quote, and he fixed my mom's ring within a couple of hours. I can't wait for her to see it. Let's support our local businesses. read more

The man (presumably the owner) said $10 but depended on the number of batteries. I knew my watch required only one battery so I drove to his store arriving within 30 minutes of the phone call. When I showed the man my watch he requested $15 and wouldn't budge. Since I was already there, I paid the guy but made it clear that I didn't appreciate his dishonesty. Now you may say "what's the big deal, it's only $5" but to me it represents a 50% price increase. I'm writing this review for the benefit of potential customers contemplating an expensive purchase like an engagement or wedding ring where I'm sure you would not appreciate a last minute 50% price increase. Be very cautious with this owner and get everything in writing before letting him start on your order. Don't reward dishonest behavior and ruin an important milestone in your life. read more

Lived in Rialto 45 years, and have always taken my watches and jewelry to JF to be fixed or repaired, I hope he never retires. Reasonably priced, and if you are not happy with the repair, take it back and he'll do it again. I don't wear costume jewelry, and I expect the jewelry I buy to last a lifetime so it will, at some point, need repairing, and JF Jewelers is where I go. read more

Took my watch for a band adjustment. Very friendly and quick work. Would recommend for future

I Supporting Local Small Businesses! Brought in two watches. One needed a link removed and the other a new battery. The gentleman did both on the spot and was done in less than 10 minutes. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be bringing my other watches in for repair soon! Thank you JF Jewelers read more

Came in to change my battery in my watch. The man did not know what he was doing, he replaced the battery and said "nothing is coming on" Before coming my watch worked just fine it was just running low on battery. He starts to press buttons and use the tiny tools to pick and poke at the watches internals. If you value your watch take your watch to a real Jeweler and not a Mom an Pop store. read more

Not everyone is lucky enough to wear a rare SEIKO Sports 50 Quartz Mickey Mouse Day/Date watch, and not everyone is lucky enough to have JF Jewelers to take care of it when it needs batteries, a new crystal and a new band. Saturday hours suit the working man and the service is about the best you'll find anywhere in the IE. Heck, throw in L.A. and San Diego counties, too! read more

Before I went up there, I gave them a call. My phone call was answered right away and I explain to him that I needed a new battery for my watch. The owner was so kind and so respectful over the phone and he told me to just bring it in whenever I had the chance, and he would do that for me. I get there five minutes later and he was like oh you must be the one that called and I said yes I sure am. He then proceeded to ask me for the watch and he said just wait right there and he will have it fixed soon enough. I kid you not I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. He was so fast and change the battery so quickly highly recommend service was great. He was kind, respectful and very nice. And on my watch is fixed in the battery is finally operating. read more

Jose is amazing!! I had a few watches that I had kept around the house for years and been unable to use. Finally, my husband's favorite watch broke and I took everything in to get fixed. Not only did Jose and JF Jewelers fix everything RIGHT AWAY but he watched my husband's watch to make sure there wasn't a larger issue than just the battery, and cleaned every piece! The prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional! This is a family owned spot, and I really appreciated the service from the owner himself. I was at the Orange Show swap meet when I came across the JF Jewelers and needed my watch and my class ring repaired. The Jeweler, Jose, was so friendly and repaired my watch and ring in no time and I was very happy with the quality of the repairs for the price.
