High praise for Jardin Wicker. I needed to repair a set of beloved mahogany cane rocking chairs from the Caribbean, which I inherited from my grandmother. Each chair had a hole in the caning on the seat. The caning was also faded in some spots and just looked worn. From my initial outreach I found communication to be timely, clear, and quite pleasant. The JW team came and picked up the chairs - a huge plus! - and gave them just the TLC they needed. The chairs were returned with brand new caning, which was stained to match the backs. They also polished the mahogany for me, which I didn't expect! The chairs left looking tired and worse for the wear and came back looking like something you'd seen in the lobby of a fancy Caribbean resort. The turnaround time was a reasonable two weeks, and the price was very fair. So glad I entrusted these family heirlooms to Jardin Wicker! read more

I had the chair for 50 years, and when I originally purchased it put in new wicker. A tall person went through the back of the ancient chair, and They did a wonderful job of restoring the chair. Took out the webbing and framing upholstery and replaced it oiled the chair, and dyed the cane to match the chair. It took awhile to get done, but it was worth it. read more

They did a beautiful job. - it's not restored, not preserved, not a museum piece (though I'm sure they could do that, too). It is perfect, absolutely perfect - just the way I remember it. Jardin Wicker did an excellent job reweaving broken wicker from a coach and chair. It looked shoddy with the broken, sun-damaged part, but looks like new again. I was very glad to learn of her services. Michelle also instructed on how to prevent damage in the future, with UV protectants - the same one used on cars. Jardin Wicker has had my rush bottom chair for a month. When I dropped it off, they told me it would take 2 weeks to repair. I have called them twice, and each time they have said it will be a few more days . . . I have given them only one star for that reason. If I can finally get it back from them next week - and they have done a good job - I will come back to this review and provide a more positive update. But, sadly, at this point, I am very unimpressed with their customer service. Hopefully, the quality of their work will tip the balance. Fingers crossed. Update: 11/13/16. Finally got my rush bottom chair back. They did do a great job and I would have given them 5 stars except it took them more than a month to do it (when they said it would take 2 weeks). So, just make sure your expectations are set accordingly and give them a deadline. read more

I could not be more pleased with the quality, service and personal connection that I received with Jardin Wicker. The owner is not only an awesome person that you would want to have dinner with but she is totally knowledgable and professional. They restored a bentwood rocker that my mother used when I was born and just recently handed down to me. There was a small tear that my mother had patched quite nicely, but with time the whole seat had become brittle and given way. Jardin offered to save that little patched area of the caning for me as a keepsake. I loved that. The caning came out beautifully and they also oiled the wood to bring out the richness without loosing any character. It looks and feels amazing. Also very reasonably priced considering the quality and the pick up and drop off. It was so convenient and helped a lot with my schedule. They picked up the chair and returned it to me in a timely manner, BUT when I saw the chair I knew that it looked as it did originally. Thrilled is the only word that comes to mind when I think about how lucky I am to have found Jenny and Michelle. They replaced the cane seats on two ( of a set of six) chairs and I couldn't be more pleased They arrived when they said they would ( exactly, to the minute!), did the same when they returned them, and the repaired chairs exactly match the other four.
