This entire company is full of nothing but crooks and liars. My bank is involved now because I wasn't getting through to them and they fed me the good ole, "let me give you a call tomorrow to resolve this" about 10 times. They've now lied to me about a check that was supposedly destroyed by my bank because they couldn't find me in their system...lol. Then they "put one in the mail" well over a week ago and said that it was deposited by my bank. My bank hasn't seen anything from them, asked for photocopies of the check and never received them. So, I guess the last step is going to have to be the legal route. This sorry excuse of a business and their employees disgust me, including the owner.

I like that they have all the different brands on lot, that can have vehicles shipped in nationwide for minimum fees. I do not necessarily like that the prices are firm with no negotiation or haggling. This goes for the appraisal too, they come back with one price and that's it. It's probably personal preference but I prefer a little wiggle room vs none. The inside of the building is unchanged from last visit except there are no cubicles only lots of desks. The entire floor showroom is just desks many more than employees it is not a great look. The use to have actual cars in the showroom, this is what looks better IMO. I don't think I will use Car Max in the future, there are better deals at dealers or any other named online Car seller site.

We had reached out to see what they had by way of minivans and when the 1st van we drove was not quite within our budget, Aaron set our sights on a Toyota Sienna he had not yet been able to list. It was exactly what we needed and was within the price range we wanted to stay. Everything about the process helped put our minds at ease knowing we would be walking away with a vehicle he himself would trust to drive! He wouldn't sell one any other way. Thank you to the team at Turnage for making our first time buying from a dealership so easy! We would not want to work with anyone else!

On July 3, 2025, it broke down completely and requires a full engine replacement ($10,000-$12,000). My 30-day coverage expired, and without an extended warranty, the dealership refused assistance. I requested a trade or replacement, but they declined. It is not reasonable that a purchase of this magnitude last just beyond the standard 30 day warranty. To any reasonable consumer, a $15,000 vehicle purchase represents a significant investment, and it is expected that such a purchase would provide reliable use for more than a single month. A total engine failure within 45 days renders the product essentially worthless and undermines the very purpose of the transaction. I voluntarily returned the vehicle to the dealer, and they still have it. I am left with a $15,000 loan on a non-running car with almost no use. Between the sales practices, conflicting pricing, and early failure, I believe the business is engaging in misleading and predatory practices.
