I called again and answered with a response that it's lucky they answered because they're busy prepping for a wedding. Once they looked up the order I was told it wasn't fulfilled because they needed more money? They were agreeable to deliver same day and put something together. I was told it won't look exactly like the picture. At this point, the sentiment was lost. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the order. I understand big orders like weddings bring in more money, but this incident is ridiculous. The flowers are pretty, but my order was completely forgotten and left feeling like an inconvenience.
