After a quick fitting, he called one of his other locations and managed to have the suits delivered already altered to fit us perfectly, tags removed, and ready to go. Best of all, these are really nice suits! The fabric is wonderfully soft and we made it to the wedding with minutes to spare looking like a million bucks. The store has a really nice assortment of suits, rental tuxedos, shoes, belts, hats, vests, jackets, shirts, and wallets. They even do dry cleaning! The shop is clean and well kept. I found their prices to be on par with other rental shops that I've used in recent years. For convenience we were able to leave our tuxes for collection from employees at the venue (the nearby Mercantile Hall). As much as I would like to give them a perfect review, I cannot because of some issues that arose. As we were changing shortly before the ceremony the best man noticed that his neck tie was broken as it did not include a clip (the ties are pre-tied and work by clipping the ends around the neck and then tightening). He almost had to forgo wearing a tie, but thankfully an employee at the venue was able to work some magic with some pins. The other issue was that I am not the largest guy. When I tried tightening my neck tie it was very loose and could not get any tighter. Before I get accused of not being able to properly tighten it, NUMEROUS people did their best to assist and came to the same conclusion that it could not get any tighter. We tried pinning it, but it still did not look very good. You can see for yourself in the picture I've included. It's disappointing to pay the amount that we did with the results that we got. I suggest staff remember to measure customers necks and make sure an appropriate sized tie is available with future customers. They also need to up their quality control and carefully inspect each piece that they send out (missing tie clip). Overall the experience was comparable to "Men's Warehouse" as opposed to a higher end shop. *10/7/21 update The shop did reach out and apologized for the problems (which is appreciated). There's really nothing else that can be done at this point as the event is over and the pictures are all taken. The representative that apologized mentioned that they could have corrected the problem had we brought it to their attention, but I would like to remind them that my brother's wedding was on a Sunday and although the venue was just down the street from the rental shop, they are CLOSED on Sundays.

Being a "larger" gentleman, I appreciate that they stock extended sizes. My most recent visit to this store came about two weeks after a visit to the Pleasant Prairie outlet. The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". In general, Van Heusen is my go-to for middle-aged white-guy business-casual clothes to wear at the office. Hoo-ray!
