So why did I choose Clear Water Outdoor over the others? Because I love technology and the ease of online booking. Gone are the days of actually having to talk to someone! Verbal communication, such a daunting task! Their website is easy to navigate. You pick a day, how many boards you want to rent, pick a time slot and pay. Done and done. When we arrived to the storefront the rental process was pretty seamless. They took my drivers license and walked me over the the park across the lake where 2 boards were ready to go. It is a 5 minute walk from the store to the park BTW. Oh and they have a safe place to store your belongings in the store because there is no where to put it on the beach.

Best of all, these are really nice suits! The fabric is wonderfully soft and we made it to the wedding with minutes to spare looking like a million bucks. The store has a really nice assortment of suits, rental tuxedos, shoes, belts, hats, vests, jackets, shirts, and wallets. They even do dry cleaning! I walked in intending to get new skis and boots and walked out with a great pair of used skis with bindings which he did not need to do..he could of sold me new skis but he listened and knows when to proactively give suggestions without being pushy and it turns out the used skis were exactly what I wanted! Jayson is a real genuine guy that listens! He has a lot of knowledge and after the purchase of the boots I came back and did a custom fit because of a few pressure points in them which made skiing unbearable..after an hour I had a custom fit on the liners of my boots and they are SO COMFORTABLE NOW. During the whole process he graciously explains what he is doing and the reasons for it which made the whole experience seamless. I love my new skis and boots and I cannot wait to put them to good use. Most ski shops near Chicago or Milwaukee do not offer what board shop has and that is QUALITY Service..and a listening ear.
