Filled out some paperwork and got right to it. Liliana who was servicing me for the day was a sweetheart from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable and just knew her magic! I have never had a massage that used cold oil. There were 5 interruptions by coworkers requiring the masseuse stop and 3 times leave the room. Then later she makes an outgoing phone call and then received a call and scheduled an appointment. Hot towels to clean the oil from the back but same towels now cold to remove the oil from the front. Then when checking out I was told I requested a Deep Tissue then she said well you needed a DT. I reluctantly paid and then was asked how I was going to leave a TIP. I politely stated that the service I received and asking for a TIP, didn't warrant a TIP. She was upset and said "well it has been busy". I will find elsewhere when visiting HMB in the future.

Then 5:30 PM comes around and one of the ladies comes out and asks us if we can come back at 6:10 instead because the last person came in late for their appointment and no one is available. So they took in a late show appointment and now have to delay all subsequent appointments because they acquiesced to someone with poor time management.
