Well, the jackets came out so great that I bought two more sweatshirts for Soheila to convert. She did great work, completed within a couple of weeks, plus she is just so sweet. I love her! I love Laguna Beach and that this Laundry facility is open late which is why I wash here. However…read morethough I have come here for years...there is one employee who has the worst absolute worst way of speaking to someone. Maybe she's racist against beautiful white women.. no idea nor do I care. Her attitude on the two occasions I've spoken to her the past couple weeks (including today) is so UGLY !! She needs a job where she is not the "face" of the business or engaging with the public. I mean she has a very insulting, provoking way of communicating; it's sad and ridiculous being that we have only the one laundromat in Laguna Beach. There is real potential for a new one to do well here; and especially if they offer WIfi, have a better look than Pepto Bismol with your quotes .. I mean this is Laguna we care about our color wheel! And as a human care about you speak and treat others ; especially when they are choosing to come to your place of business. Now the one in Dana Point across from Smart & Final such a nice lady!

I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County!…read more Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.
