The worst service I have ever received jose. The manager was just awful. I brought in a pair of Alice and Olivia jeans that had tags on it and price on it of $257. I asked if they could be stretched they said yes, they took the pants from me told me to pick them up the next day. Explain nothing to me about any process of how they do it when I picked up the pants. The tags were completely off or not saved for me. They were not stretched enough, which left me Not being able to return the jeans that I had purchased that I thought could be stretched enough for me to wear when I spoke with Jose he outwardly lied and said it was brought in with no tags. I have witnesses that they were tags on it. He never followed up with me with any regard or care that he did this to my jeans I would never go there ever ever ever again. read more

My wife and I bought a dress for a pretty penny. The dress was a size 6 and was too large for my wife whom is a much smaller size. We went in to CC Tailors and asked how/if she might be able to make this thing work. She took on the project and put her heart and soul into it. The dress fits like a glove after and beforehand it would sag and trip my wife because the front under-layer(s) were/was too long. She had the dress ready at the exact date that she promised and we were more than stoked to see the results! She helped install things into the dress that prevented it from scratching my wife's sensitive skin, tightened the sides near the ribs and more work towards the bottom of the dress all for a super affordable price! She values her work more than the pricetag. She's a good woman and if you give her a moment she will fulfill all of your tailor needs. Attached is an image of the somewhat before photo of the sagging dress and the after effect with a much more tighter and relaxed feel with no clumping in the front and an over-all better fit. My 86 year old mother wanted to get a pillow repaired that was given to her by her mother 40 years ago. I admit the pillow was ripped with the stuffing coming out of the corners. I told her to try CC Tailors as it is 2 minutes from her house. She came home a few minutes later in tears. She said the owner embarrassed her in front of everyone and made faces and acted like the pillow was diseased. After that, she decided not to take it anywhere because of being so embarrassed. My soon to be daughter in law's wedding dress was about 5 inches too long and the entire bottom was beautiful lace. CC Tailors removed the delicate lace, shortened the dress then reattached the lace with perfection! She also created a gorgeous bustle and designed a small off the shoulder sleeve which completed the look of the dress. A COVID mask was also included using the matching lace! I came in to get a brides maid dress hemmed and straps taken in. It was 4 yards of hemming and 3 layers and I was quoted $100 for the hem and $20 for the straps, after I said that was a lot higher than I expected, I was told if I didn't go through with the alterations, the 5 minute service fee for marking the bottom of the dress I would be charge $20. No where is there a store policy posted. I lost my job last year and I cannot believe this place charges this without having any store policy posted. I will not be coming back here as this is not good business practices. They did give me a "$5" discount on the service fee. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR POLICY POSTED. This isn't right. I called 3 other tailors and they each said they never charge to make the dress and a quote. They only charge for the labor of alteration. read more

The other places blew me off- one said it was too much work, and the other said it would look bad, so why bother. CC's was like a breath of fresh air. The ladies working there were welcoming, and were more than happy to make my requested alterations. They completed my alterations in only a week. Wendy is a saint! I was a groomsman in a wedding and the custom suit I ordered showed up with giant pants. I called CC's at 4:45pm on a Saturday. Wendy was amazing, she agreed to wait until I showed up at 5:30 and then she stayed until 7:30 just to custom tailor my suit. She did an amazing job and she even refused the tip I tried to give her. Well I normally don't get on Yelp only when people deserve a bad review of course. I just moved down here from Vegas and the hospitality and service must've stayed up there. I had a couple repairs I needed to get done and some suits nothing major split the pants you know the deal. Well they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money and actually pretty much refused to repair the suit. They told me I'm better off buying another one. Now in Las Vegas working in the hospitality industry and restaurants my suits get beat up so I continuously have them repaired if they're ripped up until I have to buy another one so I'm used to this. This place must make a ton of money where they don't need business because unfortunately I walked in with eight suits to to be repaired in the rest of them to be completely Tailored because I just purchased them.
