Their portions are also generous to say the least. Their lomo saltado plate is equally impressive (huge), and well seasoned. This traditional plate is served on a large oval plate with plenty of rice and fries. There are several Peruvian options in the area, but Munay definitely stands out for its ceviche, both in flavor and portion size. A worthy option if you're looking for traditional Peruvian style food.

ROOST Nashville Hot Chicken just opened in Marlboro, and it really lived up to the hype…read more I really liked the Colossal Mozzarella Stick. You can choose your spice level, and it really is colossal. It's crispy on the outside, and loaded with melty cheese on the inside that could easily feed a few people. Next up were the Teriyaki Wings, packed with a sweet and savory combo. Not spicy either. Even though they're known for hot chicken, the classic burger definitely deserves some attention. It was juicy and each bite had me hungry for more. I loved the chicken and waffles which came with two large servings of chicken thighs and a sweet, buttery waffle. Great if you want something both sweet and savory. If you're craving a sandwich, the Stinger is another must-try. Crispy chicken and hot honey with all the toppings packed into every bite. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake was creamy, sugary and cinnamony, nostalgic, and the perfect way to finish the meal. The service here are really nice and the dining room is clean and has plenty of seats. If you've been looking for a new fast-casual spot to try in Monmouth County, this is definitely it!

This is to report a serious health and sanitation concern…read more On Friday, January 16, 2026, at approximately 12:26 PM, I was inside the establishment when I observed a roach crawling on the wall. An employee, who appeared to be the manager on duty (as she was older and seemed to be overseeing the shift), attempted to kill the roach. When she grabbed it with a napkin, the roach fell onto the table. The employee then killed the roach and disinfected the table. However, this same employee had taken my order and continued handling service immediately after the incident. The food was served, but none of it was consumed due to the health concern. There was one other younger employee present, but they were not involved in the incident. Camera footage should confirm this event, as it would show the employee killing something on the wall during this time. Due to the seriousness of the situation, I also contacted the Health Department to report this incident.

I decided to give this one a try. I finally broke down and stopped in for lunch on Saturday March 8. The place wasn't crowded. It's a bit spacious but not many tables. My first thought was that it would be hard to get a table at dinner time. I was seated immediately and my order came right away. The server was very seeet and friendly and always checked on me. I ordered a paellita noches with black beans as well as tostones (fried green plantains) I received the paellita that came with maduros (fried sweet plantains). I ordered black beans but Instead I got red beans. I let it go. The paellita was good and a huge portion. I had to take half home. I didn't care for the red beans. They were a bit tasteless. The tostones were bland and a bit too greasy. I added salt and dipped them in the beans. (I'm PR and we add salt as soon as the fried plantains come out the fryer so that it sticks or serve it with mojo). Tostones do not taste good bland. I may go again and try some different items, skip the tostones and make sure that I get my black beans. I'll update this review depending on my experience when I return.

They've been there only a few months....love to support small businesses over massive chains. It's like the perfect mixture of Spanish, Mexican, Indian food. Sooo flavorful, good portion sizes, variety. Didn't get to meet the owner but the manager /customer service was super nice and generous. Cute, local place. We'll definitely be getting food from here again! Try them...you won't regret it! So yummy! The sauces too! Can't wait to try more off of their menu. Thank you!

So very tasty! We ordered the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken... both were extremely delicious.. from the perfect amount of heat.. wonderfully seasoned chicken.. great amount of sauce per basmati ratio.. but what takes it over the top was a salad and pita that comes with your meal.. my goodness.. the best pita from consistency and flavor.. yes, a pita can have flavor.. and that salad.. I could eat it every day.. lettuce, tomato, onion, chickpeas all tossed in a white dressing that they should bottle and sell. Friendly service.. I will probably look to be here once a month. And that is a lot with all of the options that we have in the area.

I ordered the paneer platter and it was ok. I feel there was more rice than the paneer given. I wish there was a spice level option as well because I like spicy food. The web page pictures are misleading because for one the Makhni in the picture is more of a yellow curry base, whereas what I got was more of a red-orange (more so the color shown in the tikka masala image). My friend ordered the butter chicken and it was the same deal with the color, but I also have never had either dish before with a more yellow curry base so lol I just wanted to say it's inconsistent. We also ordered the Heavenly Hummus to share. Hummus was good, pita was good, but whatever was spread on top of the pita to make it a "garlic bread" was very strange tasting. We didn't particularly enjoy that portion of the pita.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today…read more My family orders from this restaurant about once a week and we love it which makes this experience even more frustrating. Today we placed an order online and were automatically routed to Grubhub. When the order arrived part of it was missing. I called the restaurant expecting them to help resolve the issue but instead I was told to contact Grubhub or come pick up the missing item myself which was not happening. This wasn't a delivery driver's mistake, the restaurant simply failed to include part of the order. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to make it right for a loyal customer they immediately passed the blame elsewhere and offered no solution. Mistakes happen and I would have been understanding if someone had simply acknowledged the error and worked with me to fix it. What disappointed me the most wasn't the missing food, it was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. I'll be reconsidering whether I continue ordering from here.
