I can't recommend Jamin' Leather I too am having difficulties being reimbursed for returned items, with Jamin Leather making similar claims that these items were returned late or didn't have an RMA number despite their invoice and pre-assigned return authorization number being included in the return shipment . Initially I corresponded with a woman who seemed to have resolved my issues and informed me that my return was being processed but it's now been over two months and they've stopped responding to my inquiries regarding these issues. Shop elsewhere with a reputable company and avoid the aggravation. read more

I ordered chaps on 3-18-19 and paid extra shipping to get them by Friday. On Tuesday 3-19-19 I get a phone call and was told the item I wanted wasn't available so the style was changed. The chaps were shipped....they got the street address right....but the city and state was completely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My money was taken and got nothing for it and I'm still without chaps!!!! Had to go on a long ride with no chaps and I have another ride this weekend and tonight!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't even know that it was shipped to the city that I told them. I....I....I contacted the post office and was give the city and state it was shipped to. Absolutely unbelievable!!! I have never been done this way by a company, NEVER!!! The idiot in their warehouse that wasn't paying attention to what they were doing needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!! I should get every cent of my money back and then some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called multiple times and keep getting told that when the package get delivered I'll get a refund. Well it's not getting delivered to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't live in Lynnhurst, NJ, I live in Walkerton, Indiana. I will post bad reviews of this company on every sight that I can find. My money better be put back into my account by tomorrow or I will go to more than just my bank!!!! read more

Don't order from them! You will never get your order! I ordered an item that turned out too small. Returned it and they would not refund the $$. They said it wasn't within their 30 day return policy, even though they conveniently sent it out late. So they issued me a gift certificate minus the shipping. I called and ordered a jacket and they said they sent it. They also stated they would not send me an invoice or reciept. I ordered on the phone. They said the invoice was in the package they sent me, but would not send me a copy of the reciept or what I paid on shipping. Its been almost 3 months since I initially ordered from them, they took my money through Pay Pal and I still have not seen my merchandise. They hung up on me and have continued to avoid any correspondence. I have since turned it over for investigation by my credit card company. These people are bad business! read more

These people are Unethical, and their leather is garbage. I ordered a jacket, it was delivered to me with a broken zipper and a torn seam. I returned the jacket, and they never issued me a refund. They jerked me around for months, with lies and false promises..... but No refund ever came. Even if the jacket had not been torn. The jacket itself was awful. Bad quality leather, cheap zippers, poorly constructed, poorly designed, bad fit. The reviews on their web site are a sham. I left reviews for a few items, but they were never posted. read more

Where do I begin? Worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They ripped me off. I ordered a jacket that never came. Only after I disputed the charge with paypal did they send me a "package". (They provided proof of shipping to paypal, and the dispute was dismissed). The "package" was a nasty used jacket with a broken zipper and cigarette butts in the pocket. Not even the style jacket I ordered, or the size I ordered. I returned the jacket using the return shipping label that they provided and requested a refund. They acknowledged receiving the jacket back and told me they would ship a replacement when it was back in stock. A month later - still NO jacket. I called back again, and they told me they never received the returned jacket. and would not refund me. (the return label they provide has no tracking, so I was out of luck) Unethical. !!! read more

Sure wish I had read these reviews before ordering, My nightmare begins with the no refunds issued after 30 days. I ordered a pair of overpants for my husbands birthday. They assured me that they would be delivered in time and that I didn't need to pay for express, I said ok. WRONG!!!!! I got them 4 days after his birthday with a total of 8 days of shipping... very disappointed.. now we have them and the sizing is way to small.. we decided to exchange for a different style and size,, well,,, guess what,,, if you get anything other than the original style , they happily take another 18 dollars from your credit card for shipping.. so now Im in for three shipping costs,,, total BS. three weeks have gone by from start of date and now the second pair is crap with a snap that wont stay.. its too late for me to get refund,, I will only have three days to get this back east.. not going to happen...They have to change their refund policy.,, its just not enough time... lets now go to the rude woman who kept breathing with heavy sighs as I apparently was inconviencing her to do her freakin job.. I think her name was Nicki. I will never ever ever do business with these clowns.!!!!!! read more

Ordered a pair of chaps in July. Got a notice of backorder 2 days later. They kept trying to switch me to a bigger size, I refused as you don't want oversized chaps. Shows how little they know about the product they're selling. Now it's 11 weeks later and nothing but excuses. Customer service is a joke, never have they reached out with an update, and communication was driven by me. I finally lost patience and requested a refund today. Based on all these Yelp reviews I'm wondering what kind of BS getting my refund will entail. Guess I'll go directly to my CC company and let them figure it out. Funny thing is the chaps and size I ordered are now on sale for $30 less. How can you have a sale on what you can't supply? read more

Do not order with this company!! I ordered a jacket based on the size chart provided in their website. It was six inches too small. So I sent it back. A month later I called them to inquire about my refund. They would only give me a partial refund after taking out $25 because they didnt authorize the return. Even though their paperwork in the box said they would accept a return for size. In addition to that, because it was "an unauthorized return" they would only give a gift certificate. This is the last thing that I want from them. I never want to shop with them again and I have no clue what size I would be. read more

I was very reluctant to order from this company based on previous reviews. I could not find the product that I wanted anywhere else, so I took a chance. Very glad that I did. I ordered a pink leather jacket that is of very high quality for a great price. Even though I placed my order over a holiday weekend I received my product in under a week. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Great Job Jamin' Leather. read more

My husband and I were a little concerned about ordering leather items from an online site. Concerns were validated when we visited the Jammin' Leather Store in Myrtle Beach. We found a Tremendous variation in sizes (even in similar styles) and quality. So, for me to find the perfect riding leathers, I spent a great deal of time trying on chaps, jackets, vests, etc. I can't say enough about the great customer service from Cathy and Shavon (sp?). They were wonderful! Very attentive! They know their stock! And the best part is the price! I spent about as much for a jacket, chaps, vest, gloves, belt (with bling) as I would have for ONE Jacket at the local Harley-Davidson Store! read more

A week and order has not shipped. Cancelled this morning. Also, one of the items I ordered is on back order and they stated that the orders would be shipped separately and I will have to pay extra shipping. Oh, this is not good at all. How do the expect to stay in business treating their customers like that? Was it my fault that an item they had on the website was not in stock? NO! Then why am I being penalized for their negligence? And it takes them more than 5 working days to ship one small item? Hello Amazon, here I come..... read more

ordered a simple cell phone holder for motoercycle, pieces were broken off when i received it but not in box. which tells me no product inspection before going out the door even though two people int it saying they inspected it. sent it back for replacement and notified a week after they get it back that it will be 3 to 7 days more before they will even open it to inspect it because they have so many returns( that should tell you something about this company) so it will be 30 to 45 days from original order before i have a simple phone order. read more
