Is this a surprise to them? Maybe it was the heat gun they used on the old lettering removal, as my wife pointed out them at the time.

I would hesitate to recommend this print shop. I had two different sizes of signs I needed printed…read morefor an outside application. I indicated I didn't want to spend a ton of money, but wanted them to be durable. The salesperson recommended coroplast (yard signs) and I agreed. They sent me an estimate and i sent them files and they printed them. I did not notice that on the estimate, for one size of sign, they had changed from coroplast to foamcore boards (and they never mentioned that they thought should print some of the signs on foamcore after my initial conversation). When I received the signs and noticed the majority were on foamcore (along with some other minor printing issues), I tried to bring this up with owner, and the owner stated that they did this because I said I was on a budget. When I tried discussing further, the owner stated that they were sorry that I was unhappy with my order and he "would respectfully ask that this be our last correspondence." Well, I guess, at least he is true to his word in that regard, as he ignored any further communication from me. The graphics/text on the signs were printed clearly and not blurry, but due to them being printed on foamcore boards, I will not be able to use them and will have to them printed somewhere else, at a loss of $$ to myself.
