I wanted to ask about pricing as well as capabilities--I had some ideas of what I wanted but wasn't sure what was doable. Jim immediately wrote me back and told me that they could definitely do something for me. I told him some very preliminary ideas and within an hour I had a proof for an AMAZING sign, that far surpassed my expectations (and certainly my own artistic capabilities). I am in total awe at the speed of which I got a response, a design, and the final product. The part that nearly reduced me to tears though? Being told that it was free of charge to me! Being in the CBD industry still comes with its challenges & keeping up with label changes, (sometimes every month) has been quite the headache for our business. Andrew & Carlos have made these little bumps very manageable especially when on an expedited turnaround. I asked them to reprint biz cards and letterhead using clean art files and samples from my remaining stock. They chose to use an incorrect process for the first run (basically using their copier). When I showed them that their prints looked nothing like my samples, they said I should have indicated a different process. I guess the samples weren't enough? They then re-ran the order but when I came in for pick-up, half of the business cards had smudges on them and were unusable. Shoddy work...shoddy QC. So they re-ran the order and in the end the the deliverables were to spec. In both cases I was never notified that my order was ready for pick-up. While I appreciate their willingness to get the order right, there was no consideration given for the snafus on a very simple project (500 biz cards/500 sheets of letterhead). Buyer beware...this is not a professional shop. Also: Amex not accepted.
