Total Rip off. Do not use them unless you want to be charged for services you did not receive. You've been warned! I hired them to consider putting in a shut-off valve for my home. Mr. Parrish came, made a totally terrible suggestion where to place the valve, (way down in the crawl space nowhere near the access), then charged me $176 for the visit because I didn't hire his services for the unacceptable project. I asked to reconsider the amount on the bill. The workers would not help me. I left my name and number. Another worker was supposed to call me and instead, they sent my bill to collections. I paid them off, and now warning you to avoid using their services unless you want to be ripped off too. read more

We needed our water heater replaced. Service was provided on short notice. Technician was knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. That's the good part. When I called to request service I was up sold by Jamie on device that was supposed to boost the amount of hot water provided. It did absolutely nothing and does not work as described. To make it worse, I asked him how much it would cost. He said about two hundred dollars. After installation the charged amount was twice that-four hundred dollars. Rip-off. I called Jamie Parrish to get a bid on a plumbing project. They said they would arrive between 1 and 4 . I waited until 3:30 and no one came. So I called the office and asked what happened. The receptionist said that she called at 8:30 am and left a message saying that I should call back and confirm the appointment. I don't wake up until 9:00 usually and when I did, there was no message on my phone. She didn't apologize. She said someone would be over to my house if they finished the current job in time. I was fortunate today to have Tyler and Jack, of Jamie Parrish Plumbing Inc. repair a leak in a water pipe in my 50 year old manufactured home. They replaced a couple of pipes that had been previously "repaired" by a local handyman. They removed shoddy fittings and got the leak taken care of. It wasn't an easy repair but they were well prepared to handle the job and left me happy and quite impressed. They were consummate professionals. The cost was reasonable and the work was excellent. I have been waiting 3 months for my faucet to be fixed through my home warranty, I was assured by the plumber if the faucet was too high in price they could replace it with something comparable that the insurance would cover. They came back with a $300 faucet that I will not pay for, I was told to buy my own and they would install it now 5 more phone calls to the insurance carrier and their company and Parish won't return phone calls they failed to appear at the last appointment. Worst plumbers in port angeles! They were replacing kitchen sink in my home and damaged the counter top. They are never on time. Both times I scheduled a time, they showed up late. The "owner" came into my house after showing up late to inspect the damage his guys did and was very rude and when I asked him questions he kept answering with "I don't know I'm just doing the owner a favor!". He was so unprofessional when speaking to me/my husband. When I asked him what was going to be done and a time frame to fix the counter top he snapped at me as he walked out of my front door "I don't know!"... mind you he spent a whopping 30 seconds in my home. I called my landlord to inform him of yet again the terrible experience with them and he was confused bc they apparently were supposed to meet with him and their countertop specialist. I honestly would give them 0 stars if I had the ability. Counter is still not fixed. read more

We had a leak we couldn't find. I woke up to water all over my laundry floor. I shut the water off and started to make some calls. This was on a Friday, and it seemed like most of the plumbing companies were on vacation for a couple of weeks. Two weren't and I called Jamie Parrish plumbing. They were booked up until Monday, that was understandable, but I still had an ongoing leak. I had a mitigation company already here and they also suggested to call Parrish plumbing to see if I could get an after hrs call. I called back again, and they said they would call their guys out in the field and see if one would stop by on such a call. Very shortly later I got a call from Jamie, he said he could be there in 15 minutes! Less than 5 minutes later (I live fairly close to the shop) he was knocking on my door. He quickly found the leak and replaced the split pipe and the other one (top of the water heater), explained what went wrong and everything. I was very impressed with the amazingly quick service, and he was pretty funny too. I will recommend Jamie Parrish Plumbing to anyone. Definitely, they went a step beyond my expectations! read more

I had no hot water and Jamie Parrish was able to come out that morning. He checked the hot water heater and found nothing glaring. He made an adjustment and told me to call back if that didn't fix it, which it didn't. He came back out that afternoon and crawled under the house, where he found a leak. I had paid for the morning call, and was surprised the 2nd bill also had a service charge on it, besides the work done. The employee said he would ask about a refund. I didn't think I would hear back, but received a call one day asking how I would like to receive that. A few weeks later there was a check in the mail. Scam artist and thief. I own a house that I rent out when I'm deployed or on TDY and two weeks after I left, the renters were complaining about the toilet leaking. 1 week prior to that I had replaced some the old parts with brand new ones such as the overflow tube, flush valve and few other things. Well I decided to call Jamie Parrish Plumbing to come out and take a look. Leak was fixed and his timing was prompt. Big surprise, the bill I owed was extremely expensive. I emailed the plumber asking why and his response was that he didn't know what was causing the leak so he decided to replace everything without calling me. He took advantage of the fact that he knew the house was a rental and I couldn't be there to check up on his work. He claims that he couldn't tell the brand new parts from the 20 year old parts so he decided to just yank it all out and put in his own overpriced parts. If you are a professional plumber and you can't tell the difference between a 20 year old part from a brand new one, its time to find a new job. Of course he didn't apologize for straight ripping me off, this thief actually had the gall to call me a liar. I will never use their services again. Disgusting company. read more

I had purchased a new kitchen faucet and called Parrish to install it. When the service man arrived and had unpacked his tools he told me there was a flat $200 fee for installing anything not purchased from Parrish. I did not want to pay a service call fee and then try to find another plumber to install it. Had Parrish been upfront when I called and told me of the flat fee I would have gone in a different direction. It took him less than one hour to do the installation. Just beware before scheduling Parrish and ask about any extra or flat fees before scheduling them. He did a good job although I had to help him some. read more

The men that work for this company are amazing!!! Both Brandon and Ryan have come out to our house on separate occasions to help plumb our kids' bathroom. They are always very prompt and polite on the phone as well as in person. As a stay-at-home mom of three children (one with special needs), it made me feel very secure to have such considerate individuals in my home.
