Everyone was very friendly & professional, work was performed timely and I was on my way! Unfortunately we experienced some parts failures. I was able to make it home safely and when I contacted B&B they referred me to a local shop that I could take it to in order to evaluate my concerns. When they discovered that my bearings had failed, they towed my truck back to Aberdeen went through replaced all damaged items and personally delivered my truck back to my home the next day before 5 PM.
