On my drive out there, the car started giving me trouble. Originally, I thought it was just the battery but it turns out it was also the alternator. I barely made it to the shop and was told it would be hours, if not a day, before I would get my car back. I almost cried. I didn't know anyone in Elma and had to be back in Seattle that evening to make my flight. The guys at the shop did everything they could to get me back on the road within a few hours and even lent me their car so that I could drive to Montesano and get my work done. I was back in Seattle that afternoon and was able to get on my flight back home. I will forever be grateful to everyone at this shop who helped me out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Where ever I've gone and…read moreneeded tire service, the Les Schwab in that place has offered great service - over and above any competitor. The Elma store is no exception to that high opinion. My car showed a "low tire pressure" light whilst en route to Montesano. I did a Yelp search for a LS and found one in Elma. There is a "free air" station on the back side of the shop. Stop at any gas station and they charge 2 dollars for air. (what???). The young man checked my pressures on all 4 tires and brought them up to spec. When I mentioned the tire warning ight was still on, the technician described why they came on the first place and how to re-calibrate the pressure system. It was pretty obscure information honestly. 99% of drivers would not know it and pay a dealer $$$ to fix the lights on for them. He saved me 2 bucks at a gas station for air and a costly trip to the dealer. All for "free air". Good service, Good quality. Good value. Like all Les Schwabs I've ever dealt with.

After a quick test drive and inspection. I was told that it was the engine mounts, and perhaps my VTec solenoid might be on its way out. The guys were able to get parts super fast and repairs done within the day. It costed less than what the the dealer had quoted me as well. Great group of young men. Will be certainly recommending to my friends and family.

He didn't trouble shoot the problem instead relied on me to diagnose the problem and order the parts. I then tried to schedule him back out to get my moneys worth or get a refund on yhe remaining 3hrs of time that was not used and nothing but crickets no response For days. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. if I could give less then a 1 star I would. Don't be fooled look for a real mechanic and don't get taken like i did, spend your money on a real certified mechanic. Take an extra second to look past this con artist.
