They were very kind to me and family when we bought a tractor. Gave my kids some toys and hats. After the purchase, service has been a mixed bag. Most recently, because it's difficult for me to call during their business hours I sent an email with 3 questions to the service manager. He answers only the 3rd question. When I wrote back to ask about the other 2 questions, no response. Ghosts me. So I email the General Manager. He's even worse than the service manager. He didn't respond at all. For what these things cost, you would think they could answer a simple email. Disappointed.

I love the jumble and assortment of stuff here, and it's much more of an adventure than going to Home Depot. I find little sink stoppers and screens for my bathroom and kitchen that I can't get anywhere else, but I always end up picking up something on a whim, like candles. They have the odd gift item stocked right beside the really functional hardware stuff. I bought my Sterno stove kit, which really comes in handy in the winter, since Church Hill almost always loses power at least two or three times during the season. Can't live without my morning mud!

They have a great variety of non clearance plants and their prices are competitive and the healthiness of plants (and usually stock too) is often better than the garden sections in the nearby box stores, at least for things I buy.
