I told them I hurt myself and I have nerve and muscle entrapment. They can't see it so it doesn't exist. Why did u get a medical degree? I had to have surgery bc u sent me to a stupid chiropractor that thought they could help w nerves. Total failure. I ended up having to pay for plastic surgerybfor the infection bc it was on the back of my neck and needed to be removed. Nobody should be paying bills for this. Ridiculous. Drs shouldn't be reimbursed or allowed to get paid when they do wreckerless crap. The other dr at fox valley for spine issues there also treated me poorly telling me to look into somatic disorder. I can't believe drs just let people fall apart. My arm was shaking, my fingers and shoulder were stuck. I have a winged scapula and respiratory bell nerve issues. I'm still suffering years later. Like cmon people research.

All I'm told is to exercise while my tendons are detaching from his surgery. He made me a cripple and praying my next surgery can repair the damage he caused. I'm told the wear and tear walking with a limp has caused my hip damage and told I'll now need a hip replacement from it. Beware! I have all the evidence in MRI. And X-rays showing the damage. Plus his bedside manner sucks. Not the most personable guy! But I don't care about that I cared if he was a good surgeon or not!

However, I take exception to his belief that he knows everything, including things that are outside his scope of expertise. As he was examining my hip, I mentioned how my chiropractor had told me that my pectineus muscle seemed to be the issue. Dr. Seeds responded by telling me how the chiropractor was blowing smoke up my ass, as the muscle is very deep and internal and impossible to examine/diagnose without some type of scan or opening me up. The PT that Dr. Seeds prescribed helped somewhat, but did not completely resolve my hip issue/pain. Still in some pain, I later sought out another doctor, who examined my hip with ultrasound. Lo and behold: my pectineus had quite a bit of damage in the form of non-thickness tears, corroborating the chiropractor's diagnosis. Turns out the snake oil salesman of a chiropractor could do what Dr. Seeds said was impossible. The only conclusion I can draw from this is that Dr. Seeds was wrong about what is possible because he doesn't know anything about chiropractic treatment/care/abilities. When seeing Dr. Seeds, my advice would be to trust him in anything regarding his specialty, but whenever he steps out of his lane take it with a grain of salt, as he seems to feel that the depth of his knowledge in his expertise allows him to make assertions about things outside of his expertise.

It's obvious that they are invested in your recovery. The accommodations are incredible-if you can't do the exercise because of pain, inability to do it or you can't "find the muscle", they will keep findIng work arounds until something works and works well. They go above and beyond each and every visit. There was one visit where I was exhausted and they played my favorite songs to help pep me up (and it worked)! There are so many examples of these little touches that make Team Rehab special. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Rock Steady boxing class taught by Nick are fantastic. Nick makes sure that everyone in class feels included and adapts skills and exercises to meet individual needs. Nick goes above and beyond each and every day. All of the service providers encourage clients in a positive and nurturing way, while working to achieve their goals. When entering NBC center you feel a sense of community from everyone from the reception desk to providers to administrators to fellow classmates. I feel very fortunate to be part of NBC.

I had two total knee replacements performed by Dr. Kuesis, two years apart. I had an excellent…read moreoutcome for both surgeries. I had minimal pain post op for both surgeries. I was pretty much back to my normal routine after only 8 weeks post op with physical therapy. Today I am able to walk without pain and ride my bike long distance. My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them. Otherwise a great experience both times with CORE. Thank you Dr. Kuesis.
