He had gone in to pay the bill in person and their system was in the middle of being updated to a new system so he made a payment and left, when he tried to call and make a payment it didn't work due to the "new system" - ok fine. Then within 8 days of making a payment he got sent to collections which we paid off in full once we got that call. How insane that we attempted twice to pay within the same two weeks, given the run around about the system, then get sent to collections within days of making a large payment. Their prices seem extremely high compared to other practices. My husband did like the doctor so he decided to go back for another knee consultation where they told him he needed more PT, told him the price per session based on his insurance would be $15 per session. We got an $1500 bill with the PT sessions being anywhere from $68 to $135. They lie. Will never give them any business again. Avoid.

They never mentioned the special and got me for over $500. They told me all the great things they were going to do. They called it physical therapy not chiropractic. They said they could have a therapist stretch my neck. I don't have problems with my neck but I thought a little neck massage by a therapist would feel good. So, when I got there for my first visit, they showed me a leg brace they wanted to fit me for. It was huge and covered most of the leg from the knee down. For what, occasional knee pain? I said no thanks. Then I went for "physical therapy". It was run by 2 young disinterested guys who talked to each other and obviously didn't care about the job. They were definitely not therapists of any kind. Next I went for a few minutes to the supposed real therapists and I thought, oh good, now he's going to massage my neck. No way! He never laid a hand on me. Only did something with a board that I can't even describe because I don't know what it did. Nothing as far as I could tell. Next I went to the nurse who would give me a gel shot in the knee cap. She did this and at my second visit gave me some little shots around the knee cap. The next day I went to the mall and had so much pain in my knee that I was limping down bad I had to go home. That was my over $500 experience with this place. I was worried about their diagnosis of the knee I had no trouble with, that the knee cap was out of joint, so I went back to the real doctors at Northwest Community hospital and got a real unskewed xray and they said that knee was fine. I quit Body Works after 3 visits and asked for the return of my money. I had been told that my insurance and Medicare would pay most of it. Now they told me, well it's not really physical therapy, it's billed under chiropractic and Medicare doesn't usually pay for that, but we will see. Now after months of reaching out to them, they finally told me that after 3 visits my $500 plus dollars was all used up and that I owed them even more but they weren't going to collect it! How nice of them! So go to Body Works if you want to see a real scam at work!

I had two total knee replacements performed by Dr. Kuesis, two years apart. I had an excellent…read moreoutcome for both surgeries. I had minimal pain post op for both surgeries. I was pretty much back to my normal routine after only 8 weeks post op with physical therapy. Today I am able to walk without pain and ride my bike long distance. My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them. Otherwise a great experience both times with CORE. Thank you Dr. Kuesis.

On top of that, they are all over-all very kind, and genuine people. I leave there not only physically feeling refreshed, but with a well understanding. I was able to get in in a very reasonable amount of time with the doctor. Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan. We have worked on finding the route of the problem, and not just managing the symptoms.

I was treated like a King pre and post surgery. Dr. Shadid spent all the time necessary in pre-surgery visits. I never once felt short-changed on an office visit. All my gel and cortisone injections were performed by Elliott. He explained the procedures every step of the way before the procedure and also while he was doing them. I am completely comfortable with him performing these procedures. He remembers me each time and details about my life and we have conversations beyond the medical issues at hand. You'll never meet a nicer guy. The front office staff are polite and attentive. They greet you with a smile and wish you a good day as you exit. I cannot recommend Genesis highly enough.
