On move in day we arrived at the house that is infested with Spiders, scorpions and other pests. The house smelled strongly of mold and the back door weather sealing didn't even seal around the door. After submitting photos and trying to work with the staff and come to an agreement to move to a move in Ready property or have the house professionally cleaned... Madeline S. a supervisor refused and stated it had already been cleaned and the house did not meet the qualifications to be recleaned or for a lease transfer. In fact Madeline said it is up to their standards and their rentals are as is. When I asked to speak with someone else or another supervisor she stated she was the highest up and no one else could be spoken to. Madeline had zero remorse and took zero accountability for the condition of the property, her solution and way of handling it is simply copy and pasting generic emails stating " We understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for" and refused even a phone call so she could have documentation. I let Madeline know that their own employee even apologized for the condition of the house and stated it was unacceptable and Madeline denied that was ever said and I can no longer reach the employee that was understanding of the situation. We requested the house be recleaned and Madeline said it was cleaned 4 days prior and doesn't meet the qualifications for another cleaning.

The fact that the website seems to be outdated as they didn't get my messages and the payment posted on my end and not theirs...just a total headache. Steer clear. They would not take any accountability or work towards a reasonable solution.

We landed with T&H. At the time of this review, we've been working with T&H approx 1.5 years. I typically handle more of the repair/maintenance issues with the property and my business partner usually handles more of the admin side of things. With a construction background, I stay connected to what R&M are being done at my properties. With that said, I've dealt with and have worked a lot with Tanya Carmen, one of T&H's PM's. Tanya is responsible for the move-out and on-boarding inspections and reports and I must say, she does an incredible job. She is very thorough and has great attention to detail. When my business partner and I purchased this property, unfortunately it wasn't very 'turn key' which has made Tanya's job much more involved getting things up to their standards. Tanya is very easy to work with, has prompt communication and just an overall great person! After I moved out he would not return my deposit, I contacted the Attorney General and my lawyer to file suit. Finally after 3 months he hand delivered my deposit. All I can say is stay away from this place and person!
