But when I followed up at CS Imaging for better scans, it was confirmed that I actually had two small tumors. If I had simply trusted Dr. Elist's words, I might not be alive today. BEWARE! This is the most dishonest doctor I have ever had. I went to him for a procedure and I paid him $7,000 in cash which he quickly put in his pocket and I doubt that it was ever declared. My procedure was so messed up that he promised me he would correct it. When I returned to have it done again he wanted an additional payment of $5,000. I refused and left his office. I returned to him for a different urology problem. When i got there I pointed out that I believed there was a stitch left in me and said there wasn't. Six months later I went to see him for another problem and as he examined me he said there is a stitch in you. He gave me an injection for sedation before he was going to do the procedure and removed the stitch and left the room to wait for the sedation to take and when he came back he had some forms for me to sign. I asked them what they were and he said it was for the procedure he was about to do on me. As soon as I signed it he took it away quickly. What I really signed was the form to release him of all possible law suits for malpractice under sedation. I was left with horrible scars that I got from the original procedure. I was the last patent for that day and I believe once the surgery was over with he left and let the surgical team sew me up. It was done so badly when I saw it when I got home, it looked like the skin was folded over and then sewn leaving a very large and wide scar. It was so bad that I went through painful laser treatments for months on end to help reduce the scar. They never worked. I would never trust him to go near me or anyone else with a knife. He is a money hungry doctor who is now charging $18,000 to do a procedure, and a non refundable deposit of $99 to talk to him for 30 minutes by phone. The $99 will be deducted if you go through with the procedure. Seek out a more reliable experienced and honest doctor. read more

I got the implant in March 2017. In 2023 I emailed Dr. Elise's office. Since I recall being told I could get the XXL after having the XL for 3 years. First of all in hindsight I wouldn't have got unless it was the XXL. Anything less is a scam unless you're correcting a medical condition. I've been with 6 women since the procedure. Out of those six: one woman was literally loose. Hardly not impressed by the XL. The one woman that was in her 30s but petite only about 5 foot and about 100 pounds it was slightly wide for her but I think that might have been possible even before the surgery. The doctor says he doesn't offer a large size cause nobody would want it. But the same in reality goes for the XL. Again, unless you're just correcting some medical condition which I wasn't. They ended up saying no to do the larger XXL. So, I'll warn those thinking of doing. First there is a chance you'll end up not a long as before the surgery. The before and after photos of being longer rarely happens. The surgery is practically exclusively for increased width. I really got a bad result cause I have a scar in front and supposedly Dr. Elist fixed that for all present and future surgeries there's no scar in front anymore. Of course Dr Elist gets away with a lot cause most men don't want to write a review about this which is so personal. Part of the reason I want to try get the XXL is so he could perhaps do a scar revision surgery in front so it's not as visible cause it's dark line probably could have it cut out and sutures shut to show a thinner or lighter in color line. The pain when they remove the drain several days after the surgery is horrible too. Bottom line of during the consultation they say anything less than XXL. Run away cause after 3-5 years you'll realize it's not big enough. I didn't spend about $15k to still have a woman feel loose still. read more

Gentleman, please go to the PhalloBoards, an online forum that's filled with the victims of Dr Elist, please, in no way let this man touch your body, his procedure my P.I. estimated is only about 30-35% successful, the other 70%, are now badly disfigured, lives ruined forever. in no way believe these 5 star ratings are legitimate. I'm a former victim of this psychopath. I was told by a private investigator I hired, that almost all of these review sites have an option for the Doctor to pay a fee, removing all 1,2,3, and even 4 star reviews. His report stated Elist has paid Google several times to remove 1,2,3, and most 4 star reviews on several occasions. He stated the reviews on his website displaying 4.5 Stars is a complete sham. The P.I. I hired, presented me with an extremely thorough report covering a ten year period on Elist. It listed 27 separate data search services that he used. He said it was much easier then expected. Quote "I just had them search Dr James Elist, LA, California". He stated the amount of information he was able to gather was staggering. His office staff went through the reports. He instructed me to advance and read page 87, which listed a total of 1013 complaints, legal battles, attempted legal battles by former clients of Elist. In 2021, I visited him, he said I was a great candidate, when I asked him the success rate of his procedure, he said 99%, he also stated how it will change my life. I did do my research, but could only find very few reviews on him, all good. Later learning that he has the internet "scrubbed" to remove negative reviews. What he won't tell you, upon insertion of this Pneuma device, you automatically lose 1" in length, after 3-4 weeks, I had to return to California, even with absolutely perfect hygiene, I had developed a massive infection, in an emergency, returned to California where Elist removed the implant. After returning home, I was horrified, my 6" penis, was now, Elist used the term "Retraction" my once 6" penis was now literally 2" in length. In shock, I called him every 2 weeks, asked if this was permanent, he stated 'no, you'll get it all back, but it will take time, be patient". At that time, I literally lived on the internet trying to find information on Elist, and this term "shrinkage" that he used. I began to uncover a ton of information, 1) That shrinkage is permanent and untreatable 2) Multiple legal law suits and cases against Elist in the state of California, 3) and one interview that was very disturbing, the reporter asked him "how do you explain the amount of complaints, law suits, and formal documented complaints to 9 Medical Agencies by patients that stated they were scammed by you and are now badly disfigured by this Medical Enhancement you did to them and continue to do today" Elist answered: Well, you have to break some eggs to make an omelette, this has been the path to success throughout the ages, I now have it as close to perfect as it can be" The reporter then asked Elist, "so, these broken eggs, are all the wrecked lives of men you have left in your path" Elist refused to answer the question. How can a human being, "Elist" perform a medical procedure that he knows is deeply flawed and has left so many mens lives like mine absolutely shattered and ruined, social and psychological pain is beyond description. no chance of ever finding love, obviously a life of rejection by potential companions, and living without purpose, stripped of our masculinity and all self pride, self esteem, ending in a life of loneliness and complete isolation. I am a peaceful, law abiding citizen, never once have I ever caused harm to another human being, but all I can think of is one last return trip to California to Elist's office, and blowing a hole in the side of his head with my 9mm. I want in the worst way to deliver justice to him for my fellow brothers and for what he did to me. I would do it with a clean conscious, and sleep like a baby that night. Elist is a very lucky man he no longer lives in Iran, here in the States, we have laws that protect monsters like Elist. He literally fits the description of a Psychopath, and continues to this day, even with all the formal complaints and law suits against him, performs this highly, highly flawed troubled procedure on men, knowing damn well the out come of 7 out of 10 will end in disaster. I'm an older gentleman now, but have never experienced pure evil in my life like I have with Dr James Elist, and I hate to put the two letter "Dr" in front of his name. What an incredible journey! The team were professional throughout the whole process and made it simple for me to follow instructions. Once the decision is made to proceed with the procedure there are a couple of things that are not mentioned which are the individuals responsibility. 1st pack lite. I packed a week's worth of business casual and only needed 3 days worth of clothing plus under garments like underwear, socks, t-shirts. All other clothing such as jeans and slacks are not going to be used because of their lack of comfort. The process involves inserting an implant which leaves you rigid and firm in a downward position. Loose clothing is recommended. 2nd this being an out patient procedure does not mean it will be like a wisdom tooth extraction, in and out I. 2 hours. This is a all day event and for.good reason. You need medication administered, you may not me 1st in Line and you are a patient which ironocly means be patient. So in at 9 out at 6 should be the mentality. All for good reason. They provide you with every prior necessity to ensure a successful procedure. This means bring your phone or tablet charger and relax and stay comfortable. 3rd. The procedure goes as explained. You go in, the anesthesiologist does his thing and you wake up im the recovery room. Which ironically is alot like being work up and told you have tongo home. Eyes open Dorr open and this is not a act of rudness. When the local Anastasia wares off were do you.want to be. Home or in your hotel or in a waiting room. 4th I was sore in the public area closest to my stomach so I used aspricream which was good enough. 5th the doctor tells you what he believes is the best answers to your question that can be given. It is up to your commitment and ability to follow instruction that determins the best outcome. We all want to hear that at the end of the procedure your going to hVe a 12" penis and a Maserati bit be realistic your body will determine the best outcome with the help of the procedure and the doctor wants to provide you with the best possible outcome. Lastly, you are in an office with pretty much all maile staff so get over your uncomfortable Ness about being handled by such. They do not care about your condition weather it is sammm or big. They have a job to do and they do their job well.. You are going to be sore, and a little uncomfortable but that is to be expected. You will not need intense pain killers to co yrol your discomfort all it will take is time and Patience along with folling the doctors orders.
