I saw Dr. Su for less than 15 minutes in August of 2025. She basically told me that she was the wrong type of doctor for my issue. (I had described my issue/concern over the phone when I made my appointment. The woman I spoke to said, yes, Dr. Su addressed my type of concern.) Fast forward to February 2026, and I have a bill for a 30-44 minute outpatient. $616 before insurance adjustment. Outrageous. I tried calling the number on the bill, no answer. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Michel for over 10 years, during which time I have become well acquainted with the functioning of the Comprehensive Urology office. I have always encountered a serious and professional approach from Dr. Michel's assistants, who contributed to the patient's well-being in any situation. Dr. Michel is a very competent urologist who monitors the condition of his patients and responds with interventions when necessary. A few years ago, he removed a stone in my urethra using a minimally invasive procedure. All these years, my urological condition was medically monitored by one of Dr. Michel's close assistants (PA-C), Maz, who approached each situation professionally. So I scheduled a procedure that was with Dr. Alex Nourian. He was ok. I felt like he kind of lacked empathy and didn't have a lot of compassion post op. I failed to ask how seasoned he was and how many times he has done medical surgeries or procedures similar prior to me getting work done. But the medical assistants in the front desk were the highlight whenever you walk in. Sweet and kind. I have to be honest & say Eva Sandoval was rude and very impatient. She didn't give a friendly or inviting response whenever asking about appointments or scheduling. She was rude and abrupt about the doctors availability. Just nasty, rude and impolite attitude. Scheduling a procedure was really hard because you needed to schedule three to four weeks out allegedly. She kept changing my date & it was frustrating to work around certain schedules especially when you have to delegate time between the doctor and your PTO. Don't just book in Beverly Hills just because of the name and location, do your research & ask questions. Don't rush into it like I did & ask about their experiences and make sure they are a right fit for you and your needs! read more

Thanks to the care and work of Dr. Michel my results have been outstanding. I have an enlarged Prostate (150) which was giving me the usual problems With his care and recommendations we were able to reduce its size to 76 without any evasive procedures. Now nearly all of the side effects of an enlarged prostate are gone. Previously I had a prostate biopsy, and the results showed cancer. That has also disappeared. I have had a lot of doctors over the years but I must say Dr. Michel is the best. My concierge doctor actually asked me for his contact information. Do not go to this practice. Terrible. A test to check for "cancer in the blood" was ordered unnecessarily. This test probably won't be covered by insurance. Normally test is ordered post op, not pre op. Moreover, Pulse Wave Therapy was recommended pre op and not evidenced based. The data is inconclusive whether it works for erectile dysfunction. You must pay out of pocket $500 for each of 6 sessions. Dr is preying on men with prostate cancer and adding to his pocketbook for unnecessary tests. Medical fraud. Don't go!!! When dealing with a life threatening condition you want to know the Physicians in charge of your care are experts in treating your condition. I found them through my insurance company and hit pay dirt. Not only are they renowned in their field, they are compassionate. This is a rare combination in the field of medicine. The office staff is friendly (another rarity) and the young lady helping me with my pelvic floor treatment is an absolute ray of sunshine. The only complaint I have is what appears to be zero knowledge with FMLA and specifically how Intermittent FMLA works. The initial interaction with this was quite stressful and at times insulting. I went to my Primary Care Physician for my first certification for Intermittent Leave but after much wrangling with them, I finally got the certs I needed. My condition impacts older men and the office probably has Captains of Industry as patients but to not know the basics of FMLA is not a good look. They should hire a consultant to provide training and guidance. The bottom line - this is an amazing practice. Nothing is perfect and fortunately I am well versed in FMLA so I was able to work through this issue. I sing their praises to everyone that ask me and feel confident they will see me through what is truly a difficult time. read more

My fiancé has seen Dr. Deconcini multiple times. He has some issues that need attention. A recent scan caught some issues that should be attended to. He says that Dr. doesn't seem interested nor concerned. He literally told him, "Get outta here before I actually find something wrong with you." That's neither reassuring nor is it helpful. I would think that someone with Dr. Deconcini's credentials would show more concern for the issues raised in the scan. I started care with Mazyar Motahedeh in 2012, when I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer, and required full removal of the prostate. Over the following 12 years I met with Mazyar every three months for my ongoing PSA monitoring. In 2024 my PSA began to rise indicating the cancer had returned. Timing was critical to determine where the cancer was and how far it had spread. Mazyar was instrumental in expediting the timeline to accomplish the multiple scans, tests, and specialist appointments needed to proceed with treatment. He was extremely responsive and prompt with all of my concerns and questions through an emotionally challenging time. His expertise and support was invaluable during a difficult time and I am happy to report that treatment is complete and my PSA is once again undetectable. read more

Not a place I would personally recommend had a terrible experience recently and when I asked to speak to the office manager it was even worse. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing and pawned off the situation to the same people I was complaining about not sure what the girl who did my procedures name is but she too didn't know what she was doing. If you ask me definitely not a place I'd recommend just because of the ineptitude and incompetence along with lack of articulation of their office manager. I have decided to report this practice to the Medical Board of California, the Better Business Bureau AND the Department of Consumer Affairs. UPDATE AS OF 2/23/24. I received a message from the business owner of this practice and his message was call the office manager so any issue can be remedied. This place is a joke. I arrived at 11.45 for a 12 noon appointment they had confirmed via email. The let me know my appointment was actually 3pm and then the receptionist proceeded to scramble to "squeeze" me in to the noon appointment they had made for me and originally confirmed via email. After a 20 page questionnaire they have you fill out, they made me wait. At 12.25pm, they still hadn't taken me in and said they were waiting on rooms to open up. Complete disorganized time wasters for people like me who took time off work and raced over there during my lunch break. So unless you're retired and have nothing but time, don't waste your time going here. read more

This review is strictly for Jeannie Su who works at this same comprehensive urology group. Dr. Su was the only one with the earliest open availability. So I went ahead and made an appointment to see Dr.Su which looking back now it makes sense. She's probably one of the newer doctors there and hasn't built up the clientele quite yet. I'm pretty sure I know why no one is lining up to see her. Dr. Su did not bother to look over my chart before coming in to the room. She came in very rushed and not well put together. She quickly rushed through my concerns and downplayed my symptoms and the way that I was feeling. She also talked over me which didn't help the situation at all. She performed a quick exam and said she saw nothing wrong with my situation. She said based off the limited lab testing they did prior to her coming into the room I had no issues. Dr. Su didn't really offer any explanations or advice on how to help me with my situation. She just offered to send me home with antibiotics to try out and also a medication to help with urinary discomfort. However, she forgot to prescribe a particular medication in the process. Due to cancer in my medical history Dr. Su asked me why I wasn't seeing the urology oncologist for any of my urinary issues. I let her know that they only see me for cancer related problems and that I was there for UTI like symptoms. I am also currently cancer free so I have no reason to see my oncologist for this particular issue. She seemed frustrated and said well they SHOULD see you there for those type of concerns. She then stated it was fine that she could still see me? I don't understand the need to make me feel like I wasn't welcomed or that I was wasting her time. Speaking about time, my appointment was totally rushed. My appointment could have not taken longer than 5 minutes. After she prescribed me with medication she quickly walked me outside to the front desk. She threw some medication samples and coupon my way and said her goodbyes. I knew from that moment it would be our final goodbye because I will never ever be coming back to this place. This is a warning to others to avoid Dr. Su she is cold and has horrible bed side manners. As I sit here and write this I'm still experiencing the same symptoms and I can obviously tell there's something wrong. Please people don't let these doctors get away with the way they half-ass practice medicine. Please call them out on their bull sh*t and praise the good doctors who still care about their patients and value their career. visit was good - although i was later charged for a no show appointment that I never confirmed. When I called to speak to someone about it, a women named Sandra at the front desk was extremely rude, and told me that she doubted anyone on their end had made such a mistake, repeating over and over that they wouldn't make a follow up appointment without me being present or aware. But I specifically told the front desk helping me at my original appointment that I did not want to make a follow up yet. After some back and forth with Sandra, she again basically accused me of lying - and said she would refer the message to her office manager. Sandra was extremely rude and clearly uneducated in the customer service department - as her customer service was terrible, argumentative and the opposite of helpful. read more

I recently had an initial appointment with Dr Michel. I waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room before being shown to an exam room at which time I spoke with a friendly gentleman who was assisting Dr Michal. He took my initial information and told me I would be seeing the doctor soon. I waited well over an hour in the exam room before being seen. During this time I heard the doctor being paged to multiple rooms repeatedly. I assumed they must be running behind, but I was not seen by anyone or given any information while I waited. Dr Michel was friendly and had nice bedside manner but he proceeded to direct me to an extensive list of lab work and imaging which I would need to undertake. There was no opportunity for me to speak aside from answering his questions before he was already out the door. I was not asked if I consented to any of this or given an explanation aside from wanting to be thorough. He attempted to schedule imaging that same day, again without consent or asking if I had the additional time beyond the two hours I had already spent at his office. Much of the lab work he was going to order had already been completed a week prior by my primary care physician. I informed them of this and was told I could fax the results to them. Why they couldn't follow up my doctor's office themselves, I'm unsure. I'm sure Dr Michel is an excellent physician based on the level of care he attempted to maneuver me into, and I understand he was probably rushed. However, my time was not respected (Nearly 2 hours of mostly waiting for 7 minutes of facetime with the doctor and the assumption I had additional time that day for tests) and I did not appreciate not being asked for consent for (redundant) medical tests and procedures I was only given a cursory explanation of. read more
