Now I am scheduled for my upcoming tooth implant procedure and expect all to go well.

Dr King suggested a 2nd opinion from a dentist he referred, that dentist concurred, there was no room for the crown...the remedy, a double root canal for the upper molars so that they could grind down both uppers. All of this was very expensive...I want my money back, but Dr King will not respond to any or my phone calls or email. He is not an honorable man, beware of this one.

My daughter needed a tooth extraction and was induced to do a CD X-ray without being informed that…read morethere would be charges. A week later, I received an email saying that I needed to pay $142 because the insurance company would not pay for it and we had to pay the cost. Their billing department repeatedly said that CD X-rays is not usually available in every clinic, so why didn't they inform us of this before doing this project? We could have called the insurance company immediately to inquire and decide whether to do this special CD X-ray after understanding it clearly. As an experienced and professional dental clinic, they should be transparent about the charges and inform us to contact insurance company in advance about the charges instead of inducing us to send the bills afterwards. This is so bad and took advantage of patient making ugly money. Because there is no rating lower than one star, I can only choose one star that they don't deserve.
