So you mean to tell me that you are holding my x-ray that were already paid for by my insurance hostage because of a no show balance! I can understand not scheduling future appointments but not withholding something that has already been paid for. This seems unethical and money driven. If they had a website to pay the balance it would not be an issue. I don't give out my credit card info over the phone. Regardless that should not be a prerequisite for sending something that has already been paid for by my insurance.

I went to other dentists over the last few years (Because I moved out of state, and changed insurance) and wow... I didn't realize how great I had it here until I tried these other places. I recently increased my insurance coverage SOLELY so I could go back to Dr. Davis' office. Over the years, my family has needed everything from cleanings, to complete dental reconstrucion surgery. Dr. Davis is most definitely qualified and capable of handling anything that walks through the door.... Also, their new facility is very nice, clean, and state of the art. And conveniently, it is only about a block from their original location. In a nutshell, I could not recommend Dr. Davis and his staff any higher!!!
