I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Dean was my salesman and he was very nice to…read morework with. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not look the vehicle over as closely as I should have. The next day when I had lunch with family members they pointed out the worn tires on the front of the vehicle. They are not just a little worn, there is no tread at all. Just like every dealer likes to tell you, they were not making any money on this van. Of course they have the vehicle I traded listed for $4,000 more than they gave me for it and it was in excellent shape and had newer tires. I am very dissatisfied since I am a female and a senior citizen I feel I was treated unfairly.

The people there are alright for the most part. I live in Pittsburgh and bought a car here that I…read morelove. But they sold me the car with no catalytic converter(they agreed to pay for half to get one.) But they broke a federal law. They even said "well just give it back to us then." Even if the county you live in doesn't do emissions it is still a state law in Ohio to sell a car with the catalytic converter etc. So I gotta pay 1500 out of pocket great, and they pay the other half. They even said they were going to do PA taxes for me which they didn't and now I have to pay another 2k just to register it. I get i am out of state, but the fact I had to fight tooth and nail to just get a lousy 1500 bucks to fix a problem they had? And the car fax says it passed everything. How can it pass if it had no cats? They should've payed for the whole repair, but I guess they're a little too cheap/uncaring to be man enough to fix the whole repair cost that they didn't fix in the first place. Oh well, not going here again. Now I gotta pay 2k in sales taxes cause the people can't listen. And they took away my warranty because it was "pro tuned" even though they did it before I even bought the car. Engine replaced, and the turbo and no warranty after I gotta get a new cat/tuned? Stay away from these guys

So normally buying a car is supposed to be stressful and kind of annoying, right? Not with these…read moreguys! I had the pleasure of working with Brady Shriver on a deal to purchase my 2016 Volkswagen GTI. The entire experience was great from top to bottom. As I was walking around the car looking at it when I first got there, I was not once hounded by a salesman with 50,000 questions or pressured into giving them my information to proceed with the deal. If you've ever purchased a car from a dealership before you'll know exactly what I'm talking about and why that's such a big deal. Lastly I would like to mention their general sales manager, Brett Tomassetti. He was also incredibly nice and wonderful to work with. Brady and Bret both worked incredibly hard to get me down To a payment that I felt comfortable with. If you're looking for a car and are unsure where to go, Chevrolet of Wooster is the place! Thanks again Guys! I think it's time to go for another drive ;)

I purchased a used truck from Chevrolet of Wooster, and within a day, the Check Engine light came…read moreon. After running a diagnostic scan, I found clear evidence that the dealership erased an existing error code before selling the truck. Here's the proof: Mileage at dealership: 74,277 miles (as documented in the sales contract). Mileage now: 74,767 miles (only 490 miles driven since purchase). OBD scan data: Shows the Check Engine code (U062F - Lost Communication with Coolant Pump "C") was cleared exactly 490 miles ago, meaning it was reset right before the sale. Only 7 engine starts since the code was cleared, proving the truck was barely used after the reset. The Check Engine light reappeared at 74,510 miles - only 230 miles after the sale, meaning the problem wasn't fixed, just hidden. When I contacted Chevrolet of Wooster for an explanation, they completely ignored my messages. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to ghost their customer after knowingly selling a truck with a hidden mechanical defect. This is dishonest and unethical. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection BEFORE purchase because their "inspection" clearly doesn't disclose known problems. I am attaching photos of the odometer, my sales contract, the OBD scan results, and my unanswered messages to the dealership so potential buyers can see the facts for themselves. Avoid Chevrolet of Wooster if you value transparency and honesty.
