If you aren't buying, you don't have value. My first repair was for a resize. It took a month. When I got it back, the engraving had been eroded. I expressed my concerns with the sales consultant and she said it was covered by my warranty. However, it wasn't worn out when I sent it for repair. I only had it for a year. She told me "well we have to make money somehow". Shortly after, one of my diamonds started moving. They sent it to be repair the prongs. They found at the diamond was cracked. They had to sent it back to the store, so that they could send it to the diamond replacement location. It took about 2 months to complete this repair. They did not match the cut of the diamond to the others. In my next inspection, I expressed my concerns. They zales consultant did not listen to me. She wrote the repair ticket for the wrong correction. The Fairmont & Baybrook locations are all the same.
