Can't go wrong with JJ... just need to Keep in mind when to go... when I came it was around lunch time and there was a long line of people... mostly high school students.. so it took about 15-20 minutes to get my drink. There were only 3 people working... so it's not their fault... managers should probably plan ahead when it is busy hours so that service will be quicker. Other than that no the consistency of the shakes that I order to any JJ is the same... Try the waffle.. it's yummy! read more

Consistent and yummy smoothie that you will find at any other Jamba Juice location. Super clean inside too. Customer service is lacking here though. Not friendly, just here to do a job. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Woodland, California

Took the granddaughter for the first time the other day a little before lunch. The place was clean and pretty quiet. We were welcomed and helped by a very patient worker. My granddaughter is over a year old so you can imagine the curiosity and grabbing that was going on. We ordered the strawberry Surfrider and parmesan pretzel. We didn't have to wait long for our order and we loved it. Tasted fresh and the perfect consistency of thickness on the drink and the pretzel was warm and delish. read more

DOESN'T ACCEPT $100.00 bills. Its almost 2025 its time to learn how to check your bills if they have a problem with fraud. Mind you they dont check your id if your paying card so its kinda backwards. Bill was almost $50 bucks and it just doesn't make any sense. read more

Used the app to order ahead which was convenient, specially, through the rush of lunchtime. The location was clean and cooler since it's hot outside. I would suggest they need to put tags so they know what order belong to what costumer so other employees aren't guessing or wondering looking lost . On my visit this was the case the young men was asking other employees, who didn't answer and he was forced to ask me what was my order. So he does not have to keep looking thru the freezer. Aside from that both my shakes were delicious. read more

Super helpful! I ordered the wrong drink and my girlfriend is allergic to it. When I went back in they remade my drink and didn't charge me. I'm super happy with them. read more

You ask them to make something simple (3 ingredients) but not on the menu and after explaining it five times, they make you whatever they want anyway. $30 for two very small waffles and two wrong drinks. Not going back. read more

Love this location of Jamba. It's nice and close. I love to place my order online and then swing by and pick it up. The staff are always very nice! read more

Jamba needs a garbage can near the register so that they can dispose used gloves to handle cash before going to the back or handling food for customers. It's doesn't make sense why this still goes on. An associate dealt with cash, then helped another customer look for his order, went to the back with the same gloves, then came back to the drink area to proceed to create our acai bowls for our order.‍‍‍‍ went back to the back to get bananas with the same said gloves. Food services!!! Be better. How many of these do I have to write????? read more

Extremely rude employees!! We are from out of state and a man was in the business without a mask, we figured the business was relaxed on the masks rule. so we put our masks in our pocket and then walked in. Apparently according to the extremely rude woman working the front with the most disgusting attitude. People who are picking up orders do not have to wear masks. She was so unpleasant and lacked professionalism and customer service. Understand, this is not about being told to wear a mask. We had no issues with that, but to argue with customers and tell us to "get out" while a man WITHOUT a masks is standing in the BUILDING! Won't be returning... Someone needs to work on training employees how to treat customers in a respectable way at this location. read more

This place is horrible. I order the fresh orange juice and specially asked to squeeze fresh .they served the one form the fridge . Avoid them read more

I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice but don't get me wrong, the one in woodland has been a huge let down. I've tried it multiple times. For the first couple of times, my orange dream machines were made and were basically orange juice. In order for them to make it like a smoothie, I now had to ask for extra ice and they will come out how they should be. The last straw was when I went in one night. I ordered my smoothie and since there was no one in the lobby, I walked back out to my car to put something away and talk to my husband. I went back in a couple minutes later to find the employee eating my smoothie out of the blender. He pretended that I didn't see him do this. I called him out on it and he didn't say anything. I then called corporate and they never called me back. I won't be going back to this establishment. Guess I will have to get it out of town or as a special treat. read more

Fast and friendly service. Staff is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. The place is always in pristine conditions. Very clean all the time. The only thing I don't like, is how it's kept like a meat freezer in there. It's cold af in there, which give me more reason to go outside and enjoy the patio which I guess is not a bad thing. read more

First time ever! There's nothing more irritating than establishments that will deny you service because you don't have a mask! Are you serious? That's fine.. I'll just continue spending my money at the other locations outside of Yolo county where it's much more relaxed and not so stuck up and brainwashed. Besides that I've had other difficult experiences here before but thought I would give you an opportunity for a higher star rating since I was in the area. Guess not. read more

Just moved to the area and not impressed by this Jamba Juice location. The lady at register was just talking to a lady for about 10 minutes while there was 3 others in line waiting. I normally don't like leaving bad reviews but this was the longest I've ever had to wait to just give a order. read more

Best Jamba Juice experience ever. I went to the Belair next door and got a cup of noodles that I thought I could cook there but their microwave was out of order so I just had to hold on to it. My friend decided he wanted Jamba Juice so I went with him. When I got there one of the workers ,Skylar, offered to help me make the cup of noodles. Honestly made my day. 10/10 best time. read more

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star the staff is ridiculous they will just watch people stand and wait. Waited almost 20min before she took my order and mind you 5 people walked in after. The older lady who was working definitely needs to be talked to about her attitude and the way she treats people. read more

Friendly staff Accurate orders Perfect blends Stop by this location if you want fast service Thanks read more

Employees are wonderful to talk to! Atmosphere is clean and looks great. The ONLY reason for 3 stars is they got rid of their PB Mocha smoothie which was the only thing I ordered. No more jamba unfortunately read more

Only go to this location if you have an entire chunk of your day you can devote to waiting for your smoothie...every time i go im immediately reminded why i rarely ever go here. It ...takes..forever. On our way to Olympia and had to get some Jamba Juice. Service was great and fast and the food was awesome. My tropical greens juice was a bit sour but that was OK because I didn't want it to be sweet anyway. great service!! read more

Staff is friendly and there is a nice seating area outside. Otherwise, a terrible place. I had a cold and was craving some fresh squeeze OJ, went to the store and was told machine is broken and that they don't plan to fix it. read more

This place is horrible. We stopped by here 2x a month going home to the Bay Area from Yuba City, either the restroom is super dirty or as for the instance today is out of order. So I informed the girl behind the counter that is actually illegal to have a place that serves food to be open without access to a public restroom. I asked her where do the employees go if they need to use the toilet? She informed me that there is a restroom in the back but is not allowed for the general public to use. She said she can call her manager and see if I can use it this time. She came and said no, that I will have to find another restroom. I told her I would like my money back and to get me the manager's name and phone number, she took over 5 minutes in doing so. This is a poorly ran shop and we will never come back here again. Bad service, bad management!! read more

90% of the time I come to buy an orange juice they never have juice and there is always a problem or an excuse not to use the juicer

Pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. I went in at about 7:30. I was the only costumer in the store and I ordered a peanut butter mood like I usually do. First of all even though I was the only one there it took them a really long time to even start my drink. Then the girl who eventually made my drink made it so liquified that it was super gross. This drink is supposed to have a creamy texture, and what I got was like milk texture instead of smoothie texture. Super disappointed! read more

Cashier didn't greet me when I walked in or when I walked up to the register. Ordered one item took about 15 mins of a wait. I'm assuming they need more staff in the morning because the wait was ridiculous. read more

Sorry, but the whole staff was all young teenagers and none of them knew anything, ended up with 2 watery drinks...

Great customer service!!! Did a call ahead order and when I got there the manager with braces was super energetic and ready to help me! They even offered to help me to the car .. I mean I did order 8 drinks!! Great service and sense of urgency! read more

This place is great! Always prompt service and great juices, can't complain. We brought our own reusable smoothie containers that look like the one JJ actually sells. They have the worst service. 10 min to make a smoothie? Not good. The smoothies are great but last weekend my sandwich bread was folded over exposing the sandwich and cooked like that so made it messy to eat. This weekend they don't know how to make or find ingredients. So frustrating. read more

Good customer service, price is kind of high $6-$10 a smoothie depending on add ins and size. They keep adding new items and crazy long secret menu. read more

I am a yelp reviewer and I came in to inspect this place and I give it an A+. I heard from reliable sources that your drinks need to be done in 3 minutes or less. I had 3 people I front of me and when it became my turn I decided to purchase two drinks. Once they got my ordered I started my stop watch. At 2 mins I didn't think they get mine because they were just serving the group a head of me. Then at 2 mins 42 seconds they called my name and had both my drinks prepared. I am happy they have passed. The store was clean and the two workers there were nice and freindly. I highly enjoyed this Jamba Juice and would recommend it for my freinds who never gone before. read more

is prettyvgood for the most part, i usually go with this card to get one free drink with my order of one drink and a smoothie bow but alyssa randomly changed the rules about it, idk kinda weird and she was a bit snobby but whatever, i hate being that person but ive literally always gotten it that way until her. could have just been more fun and loose employees and shes just strict and goody tooshoes with her rules read more

I went in today at 2:30 pm and was debating on trying a new drink. Abby took my order and assured me on their policy of remaking a new one if I wasn't satisfied. I tried the Cookies N Cream after always getting the Strawberries Wild. I wasn't over the top about the Cookies N Cream but I went back and they made me a new one, no questions asked. It is nice knowing that they will accomodate you if you try and branch out to new flavors but arent satisfied with your purchase. Thank you Abby! I didnt catch the other guys name who was also working but he was great too! read more

best place ever strawberry Wild is delicious what is your favorite flavor I live right by Jamba Juice so I can come everyday and i will

This location sucks and I'd avoid it all costs, unless you have the time to wait around while the employees laugh and chit chat it up in the back. I ordered a cup of oatmeal and had to wait fifteen minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. Just think it could be so much better with employees that actually are considerate of other people's time. Like it's Jamba Juice come one guys, do better. read more

Worst Jamba Juice I've been to. Nothing is ever consistent here. I had a good experience the first I was here.. Came back another 3x during lunch at work and all 3x I had crappy drinks and service. Seriously... All four times I ordered the same thing too... So something's wrong with this place. Today is my last visit here.. I'd just go across to Starbucks and get something else for lunch. read more
