I have been to this location twice in the last few months. I am giving it 1 star solely on the lack of customer service. The employees are extremely unprofessional and seem to hate life. You have to interrupt their conversations (most of which are not appropriate) to even get an order in. God forbid you ask for a recommendation between two smoothies. With all the nicer juice places opening up (Nektar, Berry Divine) in the area I wouldn't return to this run down Jamba Juice! read more

Came in the other day for my 30th+ time. Gentlemen behind the counter informs me that it is "Happy Hour" and my second smoothie will only be $1. Wish I had found out about this sooner. 5PM - 7PM is Happy Hour. Buy one smoothie, get one smoothie for $1 read more

We only stopped by, because of the hour long wait for Lo-Lo's just a few doors down. i had their orange peel smoothie, daughter had some kind of Hawaii drink? But it was better than mine!! overall it was a good experience! They need more chairs inside, got us out pretty fast and greeted us when we walk in. read more

Don't try to use your Jamba Juice gift card here machines card readers worn out or never cleaned....cashier said she could not manually type in the card number or she could be fired. Really? Definitely disappointed that I could not use my Birthday gift! At least I got a Starbucks gift card took my business across the parking lot....8/20/13 5:40 PM read more

Smoothies are good, but pricey. And walking in to the store (in the morning), there is a foul aroma that hits you in the face. Smells like rancid water. And when you're trying to get over the stomach flu, smells like that just aren't nice on the stomach. I think I'll pick up some items from the store to start making my nutriblasts at home again. Save my stomach and pocketbook. read more

Quick service. Lots of options more than just simple smoothies. Clean store. What more is there to say?

I really enjoy the girls company here. The put in quality work when getting wheat grass shots ready :) read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Hi, This was by far the worst Jamba Juice store I have been to. I went with my mother to get two smoothies. There were two people working and only one other customer in the store. The wait was so long. We waited 15 minutes for our smoothies even though we were the only ones there. The store itself was dirty and could've used a good window cleaning and a coating of Windex on the glass surfaces. I am sure it was really sticky! Walking out, I noticed a fruit fly and that same fruit fly was stuck on my lid and went down my straw. I haven't noticed a fruit fly problem with any other location. I am ready to wait in line for several minutes when it is busy, but when it is not, no sense in just taking the time and doing other business, I avoid stopping by this location at all costs. read more

Nice staff, yummy smoothies. I like the chunks of fruit in them. But because they are a tad pricey, I will be visiting only when they offer their $2 drink specials via text message. read more

I've always liked Jamba Juice. Any location I've been to the service has always been friendly, and I like the wide variety of smoothies they offer (even though I pretty much stick to just a couple). I'd probably give most locations 4-stars. However, this location easily gets 5 stars because of the customer service. I'm not at all surprised to see another recent 5 star review point out the general manager Jason by name, because he's the one I'm specifically referring to re: the great customer service. I've been coming here quite a bit the past few months, and my mom decided to get me a gift card here for Christmas because she knew I'd take advantage of it. Well, when I came in here and tried using it for the first time it didn't work. Jason happened to be working, and gave me my smoothie for free that day. He gave me the phone number to call to see what the issue was and it turned out for whatever reason when my mom bought the gift card the transaction was canceled almost immediately after she purchased it. The customer service rep emailed me the receipt (they were able to look it up using the gift card number). As a result, my mom technically didn't wind up buying the gift card (but she didn't realize this, obviously). I brought in the copy of the receipt to the store, and I really didn't expect them to do anything since at the end of the day no purchase was actually made (granted, this was due to a mistake on there part). Again, Jason happened to be working and gave me several free smoothie coupons that more than covered the cost of the gift card. Honestly, since this is the closest Jamba Juice to my house, and I like the smoothies here I'd continue coming back no matter what, but it doesn't hurt that the customer service here is so good (by ALL the employees I've met when coming in), and in particular the GM, Jason. read more

Not sure why they have a guy named Juan who speaks broken English as their first impression when you enter the store, but the smoothies are still made well. I want that cute girl greeting me at the register please. have been on a tear lately over there using all kinds of coupons. Join the club, get a coupon, new smoothie flavor, get a coupon, take a look at the magazine in the corner, find a BOGO coupon. Smoothie prices should average about four bucks. That said, the peanut butter is quite good, the banana berry is my favorite and the new Kona berry is climbing up the list. Feels good drinking a smoothie watching all the overweight folks waddle out of LoLo's. read more

This Jamba location is a convenient place to stop for breakfast on the way to work. It's clean fast, and yummy... what more could you ask for? Once I ordered smoothies for 25 of my co-workers. When I arrived, the order was ready to go in easy-to-carry containers. They helped me load it into my car. Lately I've been coming by for their Acai bowls. Just the right amount of sweetness and crunch! read more

See all

We visited about two o'clock on May 9th. Our smoothies were okay, all three staff members seemed unhappy and uninterested in working at this Jamba Juice -- or with each other. No one wanted to look us in the eye, and we barely got a smile from one of them. One worker (cleaning up, apparently) threw a blender pitcher across the kitchen (about a fifteen foot throw) but came up short of the sink. Three people were on duty, and they all seemed to have the same attitude. If I to do this visit again, I would've gone to a competitor. read more

The staff here is so awesome i love them! they give the best service and are always quick to customize my order when needed :) SO much appreciated :) read more

I travel alot and have to try and watch what I eat...so this place...who knew? Has calorie counts, will custom make what you want...and is pretty good on the wallet. read more

I have always liked Jamba juice... Although, it has something that people think are healthy which might not be. If you have an adequate diet, boosts are usually necessary. I had the upbeet berry smoothie thing. Last time I visited they did not have smoothies with veggies. I was hung over and honestly, when I'm hungover I try to stay clear of solids for the day, LOL... Seriously. I didn't want to deprive my body of necessary nutrients so, I went to Jamba. It was really good. I'm always amazed by their blending abilities personally, anyway, it hit the spot. Picked me up enough to carry on throughout the day. read more

I really love smoothies and my new favorite acai bowls. Everytime I go in and order a bowl I can tell the person is instantly annoyed because it is more work. The bowls cost almost twice the amount of a smoothie, so the extra work is paid for. Disappointing. read more

Yes I am a fan! My favorite is the Mango-A-Go-Go with the immunity boost! I get it every time!! The staff here is always friendly and the juice is well.... delightful! If you don't like yours they are usually always willing to remake it for you! Try a shot a wheat grass it will rid your body of toxins and give you that healthy boost you need! I'm doing the Jamba dance now... Oh and look on groupon they sometimes have a 5$ for $10 deal which you can't beat!! read more

Good customer service but messed up order few times. I go to this location every morning. The only reason this place gets four star is that employees are super friendly. Wheat grass machine broken down for couple weeks. Who runs this business... They were out of ginger when I ordered it and pay for it. lol read more

My favorite smoothie place has always been Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They no longer exist so Jamba juice is my new go to! The employees are usually friendly. The menu is big so anyone and everyone can find something that's perfect. They used to have more of a selection for boosts. I like the new idea for the fruit and veggie smoothies. What happened to the acai smoothie that was on the menu? read more

Great, friendly and fast service! The store and bathrooms were clean. The people that were working worked well as a team to get everyone in and out during lunch rush. Honestly, what's not to love about fresh fruit blended into a creamy, cold drink! read more

Good location and great service. The Orange Creme and Pomegranate smoothies are my favorite items. They also have açaí bowls and other snacks. read more

I went in to grab a quick smoothie before work. I asked to not have the smoothie as blended so that it won't melt right away since I had to go to my serving job. When I got the smoothie over 10 minutes later it was so watery I couldn't even drink it. I just threw it out. Very disappointed read more

I always love visiting Jamba Juice when in Scottsdale, AZ. We don't have any in our area of Wisconsin. I love getting a kale drink there. Love the options. You do have to be careful if you are watching calories. Also, it can be a bit pricey read more

Great place! Quality you would expect from Jamba Juice with exceptional service. Good location too, grabbed something to eat on our way to a ball game in Scottsdale! I would gladly come back again. Also had some outdoor seating. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Not really impressed with this Jamba Juice. Service was EXTREMELY SLOW and as I waited for my drink I noticed them apologizing to people for not having the fruit needed to correctly make their drink. One of the employees was on the phone during the time I had to wait. Also, the bathroom was out of paper towels (I could live without), but they were also out of toilet paper. The worker must have said "Sorry" ten times. Hmmm... read more

So I started frequenting this Jamba location a few months ago and I have made this my "home" Jamba location. First of when you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. Then you will see the smiling faces of the staff. Britney and her staff do a phenomenal job of providing a fast and friendly service. Place is always nice and clean and even though they are following a scripted recipe, they make the BEST JAMABA'S EVER!!!! Thank you for staying on top of your game!!!!! read more

Jamba Juice has stepped their game up! They now have more veggie options and breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Their mobile app is nice because you can order and pay ahead and not wait in line. Service is kind of slow here but the food and juices are good. They also cater and send out a lot of coupons if you sign up for their email and loyalty program. read more

This was my first smoothie experience and i loved it. I had the mega mango it was awesome. My friend loves this place and she says that all their smoothies are great. the only reason i gave it a 4 is just because I don't encourage sugar liquids a lot. read more

Wow, horrible. Walked in and stood at the counter to order. I stood there for about 3 minutes and no one came to the registers to take my order or even acknowledge I was there. There were 3 people behind the counter taking care of orders, and I get that they were busy, but not even a "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute"? I walked out. Thanks for nothing, Jamba Juice. read more

Love them! I get different ones like the veggies or the tropical and they are always delicious! They are also friendly and fast and they always give me options in how to win free smoothies! read more

Consistently poor, slow service. I have visited this location three times and 4 months and have waited an average of 20 minutes for my order when I was the only person in the store. I went to Jamba Juice on my lunch break for an açaí bowl, placed my order, and waited for a few minutes as other customers came in and placed their orders. I watches 5 smoothies be prepared before asking an employee if my bowl was finished as I had ordered before the guests who have already received their smoothies. They had just left my unfinished bowl sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Needless to say, by the time I got my order, I was already late to work and didn't get to eat my lunch. read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. The customer service is severely lacking, you'll wait 15 minutes for your smoothie/ order, and I have been to this location three times- not once have I had the smoothie come out correctly. Awful! read more

If you ever have a craving for a smoothie, this is the place to visit. These smoothies offer fruity goodness and definitely can fill keep you cool in the summer. My favorite is the Berry Fulfilling because its on the lite menu. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. read more

I enjoy coming here after hiking. I've been to this location twice and both times I received great service and a delicious smoothie. I usually get dairy free smoothies and have tried the Five Fruit Frenzy and Strawberry Whirl flavors-both were very tasty. They even remade my smoothie after I clumsily dropped it on the floor within minutes of getting it! read more

As far as I know if you want a smoothie this place is the best all the other ones taste like crap. I get a 16 Aloha pineapple with 3g boost and it's bomb. read more

I've heard great things about Jamba Juice, and have never been (not in CT, NYC, or AZ), so we went today after I found a Groupon and finally tried it out. I really liked my juice alot, along with the wheat grass shot, and my husband liked his smoothie, but I used my Groupon on my juice, ordered and was charged for a large, and was given a small. I didn't take a receipt initially as my drink was free, but I know I ordered a large and was given a small. It might seem petty, but I just wish that they were more conscientious when orders were being placed, as we were 2 or 4 customers the entire time. I took a copy of their juice "menu", as I want to try to make some of them at home in my juicer, but the ingredients were so fresh... I would definitely go back to one, but a different one, and one closer to home. read more

I am very disappointed with the staff at this location. I go there almost every day. Today I went in and found out there juicer was broken. I understand this happens but it was the way they told me. Not very impressed with the customer service. Then to add insult to injury I mentioned I have not been receiving points on my card for the last few visits. Their replay was to say Oh...I thought that got fixed. No offer to comp or upgrade since they kmew they had an issue. My suggestion would be addtional training. read more

Unprofessional location. Bad customer service skills.................................................................

VERY DISSAPOINTED!! First time to Jamba Juice with my family and I will not return to this location, I'm really dissapointed with the customer service, they did not even have a lot of customers at the time, I guess we were not quick enough to put our order in so the young lady & man helping us started giving us a bad attitude, rolling her eyes, smacking her lips, being rude to my wife and daughters when they were asking questions about drinks. I apologized for taking our time, I told her it's our first time here but that didn't help she was just very rude. They were in a rush no patience at all, I don't understand, if you can't be patient with customers this is not the job for you.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE'S!! read more
