This has been my first and last experience here. I walked in around 5:30 and wasnt able to leave until 6:30 just waiting for 2 bowls and a drink. There were ONLY 2 couples in front of me and a couple after and the couple after got their order before we did. While waiting the only employee in there told us she was out of milk for base, and dragonfruit for bowl. I asked for a refund and she had no idea how to, when she called her boss to ask how to do refund and her boss never told her how to refund, her boss just told her where dragonfruit was and had me waiting extra time when i had clearly wanted a refund. This was my second time in, and the first time took just as long. I only endure this because I enjoy sitting on their patio, which is private and quiet, but that was locked up. I always get a ginger and greens. I think that they put a little too much lemonade in it so I asked them to adjust it. The manager was happy to find the perfect amount of lemonade to put in every cup that I order. always very polite to me even when they're overwhelmed with people I highly recommend this place. I love Jamba Juice because their drinks and Bowls are always freshly made. My all time fave is the primo acai bowl. I love all the Berries and bananas they can even drizzle peanut butter on top if they are out of honey yummm. I wish they made different size bowls as this bowl is huge but still delish . I also enjoy very much their chocolate peanut butter smoothie oh so yummy to my tummy . I do wish they had almond butter and oooh that would be so perfect but peanut butter still good. Stopped in for a healthy smoothie prior to going to my nail appointment. They are always very friendly and helpful. Parking is a little bit of a difficulty sometimes in this little plaza area but if you are patient or willing to walk a few blocks, no problem. Doesn't take long for them to make their smoothies and they have a nice variety of options. Definitely need to check them out. Prices are very reasonable. I like the strawberry banana ones. I just visited the 290 E. Basse Rd. STE. 101 SA, TX 78209 location and will NEVER be back! I just moved to New Braunfels from Dallas and visited jamba ALL the time in Dallas. This was my first visit in south Texas and I decided to use my free birthday smoothie since I had the coupon on the app as well as via email, (both pictured). Unfortunately! I had to deal with SARAH who is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I first came in, she and the other server, (and I say that lightly as there was ZERO service), glanced up at me and said nothing nor even acknowledged me. Finally, Sarah came up and I showed her my app with the birthday smoothie as well as a $3 off and she "says" she can't find it in her system and yells at me, "too bad, there is nothing we can do." I handed her my phone, cause, "she couldn't see it," and DEMANDED that I do so. After snatching it out of my hand she again, (now seeing very clearly via app and email both coupons), says there is nothing I can do but with so much attitude and just very rude. When I asked to speak to her manager, I was informed that she was the "lead" and that was it and I needed to leave. She literally yelled at me to "LEAVE and that she would call security" because I asked to speak to a manager and wanted to use my coupons. I asked for the general managers information so she handed me a card then again yelled at me to "LEAVE." I don't know what kind of show you're running Paul Martinez, but you need to get a handle on your employees! This entire experience was beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER be back!
