My cousin went for the Belgian waffle with banana and Nutella--the waffle he has been searching for in the first place--and it did night disappoint. Service was warm and patient while we navigated the menu, and we even got to chat briefly with David, the young lady went. He shared that the business started as a food truck before growing into this standalone shop. The nice young ladies at the counter even offered us to take a flower from their vase of pink carnations for the Valentines.
