Gotta say, this is one of the worst jambas I've been too. I always get a thick strawberry surf rider with pineapple. Always smoothe. They didn't blend it really at all. I'm gonna have to use a spoon to eat this because that's "totally" what I wanted. Full on ice cubes in it... huh This location was the slowest of slow. They only have two girls working and the girl who made my smoothie called my name and then handed me my smoothie with such attitude. She had a bunch of what looked like garbage in her hand and then pulled a straw out of her hand and handed me it SLOWLY. I got work girl. Hurry it up. Went in there expecting the best, left disappointed. read more

I could see the guy working there was alone and stressed so I tried to order quickly and he rudely yelled "hold on" when I started giving him my phone number for rewards. I was going to give him a big tip until he was so f-ing rude to me. So he got zero tip. Maybe train your employees on how to speak to people in a nice way? read more

Kezia was AMAZING! her customer service was the best i've experienced! thanks so much girl for making my day!

Came here for a small apples & greens. Once received my order noticed it's a lot lower than usual. Feel like that shook my drink to make it look like it was full but wasn't. Ask the night manager if he can fill it up more and that if this is seriously a small. He just looked at me blank like as if I wasn't speaking English. All he could say "a small". Couple before me had a small filled all the way to the top. Very disappointing (this would fit into a kids cup smoothie, positive since I worked at jamba for a year at 16). read more

I went in yesterday and had the best experience! Kezia the manager was so uplifting and helpful with a big friendly smile on the whole time! She is so cute and sweet! I will definitely be back because of her! read more

Legit, I've gone here twice and it's still the same super sad customer service. We ordered online and stayed in our car and we waited 20+minutes every single time and there is not that many people inside the restaurant to begin with. Sad part is that those who go in after ya and order take priority. When you call them, they have the same sad excuses. Seriously, their management needs to be revised. I try my best to give businesses benefit of the doubt because I work in retail as well but the girls that work here are literally the slowest individuals ever! Never coming back here read more

Im not usually a fan of these kinds of drinks but this place is great. It gets super busy but our order came out great. The childrens berry drink was a little too tart. My 5 year old didnt drink it. I do believe that it was too tart to drink. The peanut butter smoothie was delicious. Service was good. Parking is easy. read more

Wow. I thought I would simply leave a review and that would be it. I was contacted by the manager so quickly with an apology for a so-so experience. When a business cares that much to follow up, it makes me want to give them a second chance! Well done Jamba! read more

I have went to this location multiple times and literally every single time I go to this location, the smoothies taste terrible. I have given them the. benefit of the doubt but they consistently don't taste right. Back in the. spring, I got the Aloha Pineapple and then I have ordered the watermelon breeze a few times since it's summertime. I don't think I have ever finished a drink that was made here but all the other locations are great about making the drink the way it is supposed to taste! read more

I'm disappointed with the curbside pickup option at this location. I ordered from my app and when I arrived I called the store from the curbside pickup spot. The phone rang for 2 minutes straight with no answer. Frustrated I went in the store to grab my drink. One of the worst customer experiences ever. I stopped in hoping to get a quick smoothie before a meeting. After 15 minutes they had not even started to make my smoothie (with only one person in front of me). I had to ask for my money back as I would have been late to my meeting, and did not even get an apology. Employees seemed disengaged and the store was also very dirty. I would not go back to this location read more

I do not like change. I repeat- I do not like change. This isn't my frequent location but I don't have any complaints about the service as the staff at this location is much friendlier. I've had issues with their sister location in West Valley where my order was misplaced, incorrect or just flat out was lost but this place seems to be well managed for the most part. Compared to West Valley, traffic is busier here so I encourage everyone to download the app and pre-order your smoothie. Why does this sound like I'm promoting their store? I am not. What I do find interesting about this location is the "bang for your buck" result. When I order extra ingredients at the West Valley location they do not give me my full order and whatever is left in the blender is tossed. With this location, they give you an extra cup with everything left in the blender which I admire. If I order extra fruit or veggies to the point where my large order is overflowing, they fill another cup for me and I'm well on my way. I don't mean to sound high maintenance but if I'm paying 4 more dollars to add ingredients to my drink and it takes you 2 blenders to incorporate additional ingredients, why not give me what I paid for? What do you do with the rest of my smoothie?? I might as well have submitted two orders if I'm essentially paying for a added small order. All in all, this location gives you what you paid for and you won't feel shorted. Too bad this location is out of my way or I'd make them my primary choice. read more

I'm giving this Jamba Juice a one star because the customer service was absolutely terrible. The person who is helping me according to the receipt his name is Thomas. I was trying to order smoothies and we wanted hours extra thick so to start off I didn't even get our some of the extra thick. Also I scanned my phone for the rewards and because I'm from Hawaii my name is long and he was like this can't be your name this is a long a** name. Like what!?! Lol!! Terrible!!!! Met my daughter this morning for juice date on her way to work. I arrived at 640 knowing they didnt open until 7 and that was fine. My daughter arrived at 650. We waited until almost 10 after 7, and the open sign had still not been turned on. We were standing outside watching the woman inside fill the containers. She kept looking at us but not once did she acknowledge that we were standing there waiting for her to actually turn on the open sign. At this point waiting for a smoothie to be made would have made my daughter late for work. Not cool people, not cool. read more

If I wanted to chew my fruit I could have went to the grocery store for less than $7 and bought a few pieces of fruit. Best Jamba in my opinion the employees are super sweet and understanding, yes when they are busy your drink may not be the fastest but AMAZING service. Some of the customers on the other hand can be very rude and ignorant about the way they treat the employees. If you do come here it's amazing the employees all get along and do the job right, if you're there and you see the please be patient with them because I have seen new faces there and they are trying there hardest. This is the worst Jamba on earth. It's close to my work so I've gone a few times on my lunch break. The first time, I was the only one there and there was one girl up front. She ignored me for 2 minutes and then finally took my order after I asked if I could order. Then she made a guy from the back come out to make it. I waited 15 minutes and I was the only one there! They both disappeared into the back room during those 15 minutes where I could hear them laughing and goofing off. Worst customer service! The second trip was a bit better, but it still took close to 20 minutes to make my drink even though there were hardly any people there. But today took the cake. I waited in line for 25 minutes because the girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. I finally ordered and it took the girl at least 2-3 minutes to type it in. I handed her my credit card and she asked for ID. I didn't have my drivers license so I showed her my student ID from the U instead. She wouldn't accept it even though it has my picture and name! So I tried showing her my GOVERNMENT ISSUED work ID and she wouldn't accept that either! She was a total bitch about it. I wasted my entire lunch break because of this place. I won't be coming back. read more

This is hands down THE WORST jamba juice location ever. I've been a fan of Jamba Juice for many years and they just keep getting better. I really love their new All Fruit Smoothies because they are all fruit, have no added sugar, and are healthier than some of the other smoothies on their menu. Ordered an energy bowl and the employee seemed very obviously annoyed that I ordered this saying they're hard to make and take awhile. And then I attempted to use my Pocket Points rewards (which I prepaid for for the discount) for $2 off and after ringing me up and having told him I was going to use that, he said he didn't know how to enter it in and couldn't use it. But then didn't offer me any sort of compensation. Very unimpressed with this store and more specifically this employee. read more

Healthy smoothies. Some of the smoothies have a ton of calories especially the ones with peanut butter. Jamba Juice is a good way to satisfy your appetite when you don't want a heavy meal or are in a hurry. I've been to a lot of Jamba Juice locations nationwide. I got to this one on a Tuesday night around 8pm. No one else was there except me. So I went in, I saw a huge sign about a juicing drink. I got excited. It is basically what I wanted it. I asked the dude working there about the drink, and his answer was "I honestly don't know what drink this is". WTF!!!??? How is that even possible? So he recommended a drink that is similar to what I was looking for. I said ok I'll take your recommendation. He went back and was gone for like 15 minutes. Then called my name. The drink looked nothing like what was on the picture. So not sure if he just wasn't sure what on earth he's doing or if I was just the customer he wanted to get his frustration out on? Anyways, it was slow service, not very welcoming, and nothing exciting. read more
