Great Jamba Juice store. They were friendly, helpful and fast. I had never tried the flatbread before and when I asked about them, the cashier was enthusiastic and eager to suggest her favorite, the smokehouse chicken. It's like a mini pizza with chicken, corn, beans, cheese, and bbq sauce- it's pretty decent. The smoothie I ordered was good, as usual. The location is clean and everything was stocked and orderly. Attempted to buy six smoothies. Total came to $46 and change. Tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told that they do not accept anything higher than a $20 bill. There are no signs indicating this anywhere. It's ridiculous that you don't accept currency as a form of payment. read more

I thought it only fair to call the manager and express my frustration and give them an opportunity to address my concerns; he did and I was pleased with the outcome. Additionally, I received a msg from the owner who was also polite and eager to get to the bottom of my conerns. The biggest challenge a consumer faces is inconsistent product and service. As someone who is at Jamba Juice daily, it's very important for me to feel that the product and moreover the service, is something I can rely on. I stopped by after work, and I was truly amazed with the two employees, Jenna and John. Upon entering, I heard Jenna speaking in Spanish to a customer who was struggling with English. This really hit home to me- because I, too, have family members who don't have English as their first language. In addition, John went above and beyond to help me modify my drink to closely match a recipe I saw online. Juice that rocks! I hadnt been into the Jamba for about a month because its really been to cold and rainy out to want something cold. This morning I stopped at this location and to my surprise they had a new menu. They recently started selling some kind of breakfast smoothie the guy at the counter told me. So after his advice and suggestions I tried one with strawberries, cant exactly remember the real name though. It was a nice departure from the usual JJ menu as it had granola, peanut butter, and fresh bananas on top. It was very filling too. I am a big fan of jamba juice, this location was a standout for me today because of how helpful and enthusiastic the guy at the counter was. I think I will be going back for some more of the new breakfast things. read more

I love this Jamba Juice, as soon as I walked I was greeted by Katie. I love how bright the store is, the whole atmosphere was soothing and welcoming. The menu was pretty big and I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for but Miriam was super helpful with describing each smoothing I enquired about. So I finally came to decision to get a large( and when I say large it was huge!) Caribbean passion and I added real pineapple! I thought it was going to be at least 7 minutes to make but it came in at least 3 minutes! I was so moved by the speed I had leave this review. This was the best experience I've had at a Jamba Juice, Katie and Miriam were so welcoming and extremely helpful. I will be coming to this Jamba only from now on. Even though I was in and out in less than ten minutes this really moved me. read more

If it's Saturday morning and I'm in Jamba Juice, it's wheat grass time! Picking a smoothie can be difficult, especially if you're looking to reduce sugar and fat intake. I suggest looking at the nutrition label book for a few minutes. I was shocked to see the sugar and calorie content in some of my favorite flavors. I went into Jamba Juice today and left being very upset/disturbed. Not only was their behavior towards me bullshit but their behavior towards each other was also unprofessional, cussing and not caring while customers including myself were in the store. The women who seemed to be in charge her name tag reading "Katie" was being completely careless as my children and I witnessed her push around workers and make choices obviously lead by anger or perhaps lead by true character. Overall I was disappointed with the staff but the smoothie still pleased me and my children. The negatives outweighed the positives during this visit, maybe ill switch to vitality bowl for my pleasures from now on. read more
