So happy we have fresh juice around the corner! I do not have the skills to make my own... The location is conveniently located near all stores we frequent (Target, HEB, Hobby Lobby, etc) . We ordered peach perfection and aloha pineapple- both were great! This location is new so I expected some delays- we were in line for 30 minutes, reason not 5 stars. I hope they get a system in place where that gets better. If you think about it- you have app orders, walk in orders, drive thru the employees have to juggle. Customer Service was great- the young lady was friendly and didn't seem pressed. Our drinks were ready when we got to the window- so I'm not sure why the cars ahead of me were waiting so long. read more

I've had Jamba Juice for over 20 years and this has to be one of the worst locations. A horrible representation of Jamba. The drink I got was absolutely disgusting and tasted rotten and bitter. When I asked the guy to remake it was just as bad. I told him to make one and try it and he said he can't drink the drinks. Which is odd, how do you know your quality? I contacted customer service for a refund. The store sent an email denying my refund and saying "come back soon so we can try again". Are you crazy? Don't go to this location. I came to try an açaí bowl with my sister! I ordered the Chunky Strawberry bowl. Presentation wise it is very pretty! I was a little disappointed that the strawberry was very liquidy like a smoothie. It was very tasty but I was looking for an açaí bowl with a more thicker consistency than a smoothie with toppings. It was a little over $10 for this bowl. I'd probably come back to try another type of bowl though! read more

Had a deal for 1$ smoothies on national smoothie day from 3-6p.m. We arrive and they say that the offer isn't valid anymore it was only for first 20 people because their GM says so.. I submitted an order for delivery I February 2025. I paid in full and typed in my address correctly. After taking my payment the website Jamba.com as well as the app changes my address to an address that is not mine. The driver delivered my order to the incorrect address and when I went to the store location they said there is nothing that they can do because the order was "delivered successfully". I proceeded to show proof that the website does not accept my typed address but instead populates an address that is unknown to me. I have submitted feedback to "corporate" and have emailed the store manager with no help or assistance. This corporation does not care about customers and is willing to steal in order to make a profit. No one has even looked into my complaint to check its accuracy. It is now July and the issue still persists. Reaching out to any store location is no luck because they don't have any information on how to contact corporate or on how to file a complaint. read more

They barley fill up the açaí primos anymore and gave me such a watery açaí primo like it was normal. They used to fill the bowl all the way to the top but stoped. The price is $11 with tax and it is already pricey enough so I think the least they can do is fill up the bowl and not leave it halfway. Usually sometimes the açaí primos do come melted, but this time it was so watery that I had to ask for a new one. read more

Went to Jamba Juice in Aliana today on June 21, 2024. They had a National Smoothie day promo advertised in their app between 3-6pm. Went their with my kids and saw a lot of other parent visiting the place with their kids. We went into the store exactly at 2:59pm only to have the manager tell us that the promo was over at 3pm and it was only given to first 30 customer, duh. I showed the manager the actual promo from the app, but he chose to not honor it. We all left their angry. While typing my official complaint to Jamba Juice from the car, saw many other moms, and dad's who brought their kids in for a treat in this hot weather leaving the store angry. I have been a 20+ years Jamba Customer and most of the time I avoid such promos due to long lines, don't know why I decided to take the bait here. I love jambalaya Juice so I was super excited when one finally opened up closer to me. I went on a Tuesday evening and ordered a Mango a go go. The employee was kind. The smoothie had green leaves in it? Looks like strawberry leaves? It also was not blended well (visible chunks). I should have taken that as the signal that things weren't going to get better from there. Unfortunately, I did not taste it until I got home. It tastes like spoiled fruit and like it was missing an ingredient. Granted, I haven't had this flavor in a while but it wasn't even good. Very dissatisfied and that was certainly a waste of money ($5 and change for 16 oz). I'll keep going to the one in Katy instead. Oh Sean/Shawn, this is the third try I have given this location. You've made all three of my "smoothies". Idk what you're doing back there but it's not making the famed Jamba Juices. Every time it tastes like something is missing and it's so so watery??? This last time I came back through the drive thru to ask what was in my drink because I had just ordered the same drink from another location and it was delish and thick. This one was not hittin in. Sean, who claims to be the owner, along with his staff, does NOT make the bowls fresh when ordered. Instead, they make them days in advance, freeze them, and hands them out when ordered. This is NOT what Jamba Juice is all about!! I've been a long time customer of Jamba, and this is by far the worse store I've ever experienced. This has happened MULTIPLE times!! They usually correct it and make a fresh one, but now he refuses. He told me today "this is all we have"... and told my gf yesterday "take it or leave it, don't waste my time". This store is putting a bad reputation on Jamba's name. I will never go back to this store again. I'd rather make the drive to Cinco Ranch. read more

No Bueno- I believe the management has changed and now the store is manned by the son and daughter of the owner. I wanted to try the watermelon burst and they put bananas in it. The whole smoothie tasted like bananas even though bananas are not even on the ingredients. Both these teens have not been trained at all by their parents (new owners). They just probably told them to follow the menu and whatever but they just make up their own recipe. There was no adult supervision from what I could tell. This location is not it. The workers weren't welcoming at all and had not so friendly attitudes. Im a huge Jamba advocate and ALWAYS specifically ordered a Mango Go Go EXTRA EXTRA CHUNKY. They did not even try to accommodate my requested order. My drink is complete liquid. The Vanilla Blue Sky bowl I ordered was dry and tasted like shaved ice with fruit. Typically when I order this at any other location, the bowl is made fresh for the most part and they drizzle some sort of honey on it. None of that was given. The bowl was straight out of a freezer.
