It's a Jamba Juice... It's a franchise chain so it tastes like jamba juice should haha. I swap out on the type of smoothies I get, but the waffles are so good. The staff is always very friendly despite it being so early in the morning. I'm using in there before 7. I'm really happy it's not far from work and I can drop in and grab a quick smoothy instead of waiting in my car for drive thru coffee in the morning. read more

I always get great service, and yummy smoothies, but today I used the rest room and it was disgusting! I could tell it has not been cleaned/mopped in weeks! Being someone who has worked at multiple Jamba juices in the past as a lead, and has filled in as a manager, I know the bathroom should be cleaned every night. This makes me wonder what the back of the house looks like. I asked to speak to the manager but they were not there. I blame this on the manager who is obviously not doing their job as far as maintaining and clean environment. I stop at this location frequently for my 7am smoothie, and though I have no complaints about the quality of the food or the cleanliness, I can only allot 4 stars because their timing is unreliable. Sometimes I can get out of there in 5 mins, other times not so lucky. Last week it was 22 mins when I was the 3rd customer in the building. 99% of the time the employees are smiling and pleasant, but now and again you will get the trifecta of girls who just want to take their time and gab with each other while somewhat working on your order. You will always get the same product whichever JJ you go so when you are reviewing chains like this you are mainly reviewing for the customer service. I came in for a quick smoothie w my daughter and they were fast and super friendly. Waited about 5 minutes for 3 drinks and it turned out they made our drinks a little larger so instead of throwing the extra out they just put it in larger cups for us. I thought that was pretty cool! Stopped in for a "quick" smoothie and that turned out to be completely unreasonable... the cashier, upon our approaching the order window, inexplicably decided to start wiping down the prep area without any acknowledgement whatsoever. Upon completing her back of bar work she joined the OTHER 5 TEAM MEMBERS in the prep area where she was now evidently "on break". Another couple came in after us and got in line. Don't go here if you don't have small change. This location informs me that they will not take my $50.00 bill after I waited in line... after I ordered.. My daughter had just gotten her tonsils taken out and I am being punished because I chose this location... there are plenty of other places who will take my $. Even if you wanted to spend $50 bucks in smoothies and pay with a $50...they will turn you down "They can not take anything larger than a $20 bill". Weird!!!
