I haven't been to Jamba Juice in years since I'm not a big fan, but I decided to stop by this location after a busy morning. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered an açai smoothie, an orange smoothie, and a mango smoothie. We returned the orange smoothie because it tasted like cereal milk and got another mango smoothie instead. I wanted to order a Greek yogurt bowl for the first time, and I didn't know I had to specify if I wanted it to be tropical, strawberry, etc., she very rudely said "well what do you want it to be?" I always get an Orange Dream Machine when I come here. It's my favorite smoothie from Jamba Juice. And I always leave satisfied. But this time, I left pretty disappointed. I ordered a small Orange Dream Machine along with a kids size Strawberry Surf Rider. Unfortunately the young lady behind the counter misheard and put in Strawberry's Gone Bananas. It's a simple mistake, that's not what I'm upset about. I'm upset about the fact, when I got my O.D.M smoothie, the gentleman working modified my smoothie without the yogurt and added more fruit. Without my permission. He DID offer to remake it if I didn't like it but there were other customers/smoothies to attend and I didn't want to be rude. But modifying an order without the customers knowledge shouldn't be okay. I personally work in a cafe, making food and smoothies and I've never changed someone's smoothie, thinking it would be better, without their permission first. Overall, changing a smoothie WITHOUT the customers knowledge or permission is not okay. That's what I'm mostly upset about. read more

Always enjoy visiting Jamba Juice as I attempt to kickstart this health kick. Service was a bit slow as I waited approximately ten minutes due to some register problems. The team however were very apologetic and opened another register to speed up the process. I ordered my two strawberry swirls and received my completed order in what seemed at the most to be five minutes. Product was great and I will be back soon to get my Jamba Juice fix. Wow! I'm sad to say that today was the worst experience I've ever had at Jamba Juice. The crazy thing is there all the time and just yesterday the girl working (I wish I knew her name) stayed a couple minutes late just to take my order. Great customer service! However, today I come back and I'm with my 4 year old son. We came in when no one was there and I had a large order which came out to be almost 80$ although 14$ of it was spent on one of there cups and not all of it was for smoothies, none the less a large order right? Anyways I'm going to make this as brief as possible. My smoothie was made first and then right after customers started coming in. Next thing I know the new customers are getting there drinks and walking out before I receive anything else on my order. Finally I'm like ok and I start drinking my smoothie which I have to pull down my mask to do so. I immediately get yelled at by the girl working there (she said her name was Kennesee) to put my mask back over my face. There was no please or no eye contact just a very rude gesture toward me. At this point I did not say anything but also did not know how she expected me to drink my smoothie without pulling my mask down. Also by now there had been 6 YES 6 customers who had came in after (one was an internet order so we'll let them off the hook) and got drinks before us and were already gone. So now we've been waiting so long that im taking the last sips of my smoothie. Just as I'm about to pull my mask back over my face and they are finishing my order she decides to belligerently yell at me again for not having my mask pulled up. And again there is no please and there is no thank you. Instead she persists to tell me how I'm putting everyone's life in danger because it is not pulled all the way up. Now I'm not going to talk politics and tel you how I think the mask is worthless because I still do my part and wear it in public. However when I'm grown man and I'm out with my child I need to set a good example. Now the last thing I want is some teenager or a young adult belittling me in front of my son and all the other customers in the store. What's crazy is I go to this location almost everyday and have never had an issue. When last week I was actually at there sister store in Surprise with a friend of mine and we had both left our masks inside my car. Instead of yelling at us or belittling us in front of their other customers they made our drinks with a smile and sent us on our way. Now what sucks here is I'd really like to go back to the happy valley location but I don't want to go back if the same girl is working there because of how rude she was and how awkward I think it would be. Needless to say I think I will go to the surprise location from here on out. Thanks for ruining what is usually a great experience Kennesse. I'm sure when she sees this she'll be happy to know I'm not coming back either after putting her name on blast. However I think I needed to name names because the other gentleman that was working this night was doing nothing but trying to defuse the situation and he was a brand new employee. Hopefully she can learn a thing or two from him as far as customer service goes. This was on a Tuesday of 9-2-20 at about 3 in the afternoon. Anyways thanks for listening to my review I'm 37 years old and I think this is the first one I've ever made if that tells you how upset I was. But then again who likes waiting thirty minutes to get a smoothie only to see other customers coming and leaving while you are still waiting and then being yelled at at the same time? This place is phenomenal. Not just because of its wide variety of delicious products but, because of its incredible employees. I come in as often as I possibly can and they treat me like I'm family! Always a warm welcome (to everyone that comes in), they remember my order and I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. They are always on their game!!! CJ is all smiles, all the time. She's so passionate about the products and I absolutely love that. When something new launches the team always offers a free sample. I honestly couldn't ask for better customer service.
