Friendly and relatively quick service. I've had a few times where they forgot about my drink though. They have a lot of "tumblr" sales around the holidays. I totally recommend cashing in $10 to get one. You get a free drink the first time you use it and then 10% every drink when you bring your tumblr! read more

I go here every week before work! If I have 10min to spare I always come here to get a smoothie. I'm always serviced quickly and on every ocassion the person working is friendly. The restrooms are also well kept. The blueberry and green smoothie are my go to's! F l free to ask for recommendations the staff is very helpful! read more

This place sucks they are always out of fresh bananas. Their system is always down! How do you even run a smoothie shop with out bananas!! I usually order oatmeal with bananas or the strawberry bowl that has bananas!! Also they can have 2 registers but they only have one open this location is next to a gym and everyone seems to go here after so the ordering line can get long! read more

I'm disappointed that they have removed the online order option. This used to save me the agony of having to wait when already in a rush to try to accomplish a million things a day. I could always count on my pre-ordered smoothie to be waiting on me as soon as I walk in the door. Asked about it today when I showed up to order one in person and the guy working there said the system had been down for THREE MONTHS. WTH??? Sounds to me that they're not even attempting to fix this issue and are doing away with the online advance app orders. Guess I won't be frequenting here as often as I used to. read more

The person who took my order definitely seemed like he didn't really wanted to be there. I definitely like to feel welcomed to a place and a smile does not hurt. Not the best customer service but oh well. All I can say is that you really don't want to be working there, find something that will make you happy. :) read more

I go here almost every time after working out at the gym next door. I usually get either a kiwi island breeze or a shot of wheat grass. Both are usually consistently made correctly and taste good. Today after the gym I went in and ordered a Blueberry Banana Greek Yogurt Bowl. It was absolutely delicious! It has a base of plain Greek yogurt topped with crunchy granola, sliced bananas, blueberries and a drizzle of honey. It was a perfect post workout snack. When mixed together the flavors blended well and tasted really good going down. Definitely a feel good and good for you treat! I'll definitely be making this my go to snack from Jamba Juice! read more

I use to frequent this location often. I moved away about a year ago and I recently moved back into the area. It has definitely gown down. The counter tops were filthy. The tables were sticky. The napkin holders need to be replaced covered with rust. I ordered oatmeal, they were out of every topping except 2, no bananas omg it was 9:00 am. The shelves that hold books and blinders was bare. I'm definitely not going back. The staff was friendly but they definitely need to clean up as they go!! read more

Jamba started off the juicing stores but now they're staffing it with untrained uncaring kids. Took ages for four of us to get our orders. Because- Orange juicer broken. Bored teen at the cash register perked up and was interested in talking about her performance in some play to a customer but got our orders wrong and served my kid an apple cinnamon pastry that did not have any of the icing rubbish it had in the display counter. When I pointed this out she was like " that's how it comes." You know, not what you ordered, and did nothing about it. So we just had to laugh and leave . Juice land is a much better chain. read more

Terrible service. The workers were very unwelcoming and didn't have any ingredients. They couldn't make half their smoothies and talked down to me and my best friend when we asked a simple question. I won't be coming back. I wish I knew their names but no name tags! This location is in a popular area and management seriously needs to take a look at their staff expectations. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer read more

My go to place for awesome smoothies after hot yoga. My favorite is the Tropical Breeze, I think it has Kale, Passion fruit and some other ingredients. This particular location is always clean, very quick service and the staff is friendly. I also like that the smoothies are worth the price, you definitely get fresh ingredients and the taste is awesome. I am obviously a fan. =) read more

Its a hit or miss. Times where its on point, times that its just bland. Have no other choice since its the closest. There was a time (never gonna forget this) I was waiting for my order, and the guy making it gave it to the "hot" girl who ordered the same thing I did who ordered behind two other people after me.. Had to wait 10 minutes to get my drink because of the implication. Very upsetting... read more

The staff here are super duper nice; I do feel like they rotate often so I literally went everyday in one week around the same time and every time saw someone new...that's a little different. I did not know about the rewards program despite buying a smoothie 4 days in a row. They should tell people about it; it promotes their business and may even make people more likely to return. Most people like earning rewards. With regards to drinks, I have two faves depending on what I'm going for. If my body is screaming for greens I get the Amazing Greens...simply put, its AMAZING. Nice mix of kale, lemonade, peach, banana, and pumpkin seed. If I just want something fruity, then I love the Strawberry Surf Rider. It's strawberries, lemonade, peaches, and sherbet. There is a theme with me as you can see...I like tart stuff. Every now and then I will get adventurous and try something new; I've never had anything I absolutely hated. A major complaint is at times the drinks are not blended well and I end up having chunks of fruit at the bottom of my cup that clog up my straw. Overall, more good than bad. I will return. read more

The island pitta was poorly made by JD. He needs to learn or study the photo. I was really disappointed in my bowls. Very liquidity not thick. It seem he made two bowls out of one mix added liquid to stretch it. I have never had this problem before then I asked for a number for manager named Victor. I was given the wrong number. Ordered a smoothie bowl from this location and got a really gross watery concoction. I would've taken it back if I didn't have to accidentally pour half of it out trying to get the water out. It was so watery that it wasn't even acceptable as juice. All you could taste was water. I ended up only eating the fruit and granola on top. Absolute waste of 8 dollars. read more

So excited to come here since I grew up in California whereas they are all over and I live in SC where there is none. Jamba Juice was the place to go the morning of softball tournaments(healthy and not to much since your going to be playing ball all day). I was not too satisfied with the place. I was in California not too long ago for my wedding and the large was like twice the size of the large that they provided me in Pearland. I was disappointed especially for the price it was ( I could go to Starbucks and get a Venti Frappe for less than a large at Jamba) and the length of time it took, There was one guy working and there was a line that followed behind us when we went in. It took us at least a good 15 minutes just to get our jamba. read more

Today was unbelievable. I don't understand the disconnect. I mean I swear I would think this company would train their staff to at least welcome customers when they are waiting. I arrive today at 8:57 and there is a lady in front of me waiting. I thought she already ordered because the young lady who worked there was filling out inventory papers. I was curious because the customer was just sitting there without any juice being made. The employee then approached the register without saying anything to the lady sitting down she asked me how she could help me. The lady waiting was very upset because she had not been helped. It was like the employee was standing there in a daze. Then she kept apologizing to the lady. So I just left, this is unacceptable. Now I have to drive off 30 to find me another smooths place because the staff here are unacceptable. I swear this Jamba Juice seems like a private own locations because at none of the Jamba Juices I've err been to they have never be so outright rude and careless. I used to work at Jamba Juice as a youth and I know that the company has better standards than to treat their customers so poorly. I honestly didn't buy a smoothly here because the service was so terrible. read more

I LOVE Jamba Juice. BUT I have a love/hate relationship with this Pearland location. Some days, service is great. Most days, it is terrible. I've been to this location many times and I don't ever write yelp reviews but I just had to today. They had 4 employees, all failed to greet me or the two families that entered behind me. The cashier stared at me until I initiated my order and spoke to me in one/two word sentences. "Your order?"..."Name?"..."It's $5.38" ...he actually started stretching out his arms and yawning while taking the next customers orders. It's the first week of January...the store was not even busy since it's cold out. They should be thrilled to have loyal customers that still enjoy their jamba even when the weather is chilly. On this specific day, I felt like I was annoying them. I can honestly say I came in with a great attitude and truly excited for my typical mango gogo since I've been craving it for weeks! Very disappointed with today's visit. read more

When we ordered the acai bowl, normally it comes with bananas and blueberries. Well they stated if I wanted bananas I would have to buy one because they were out of bananas. I was in a hurry and said ok whatever but then they were almost out of blueberries and in order to preserve the little blueberries they had only gave me four blueberries. I have not experienced bad service at any other Jamba Juice but this one. read more

Had the worst experience. Marissa was rude. We ordered first and somehow got our order second to last. When my husband asked Marissa why she said that's how they got the order. She's the one who took our order. Didn't like her attitude. read more

Ah, a Jamba Juice location in Pearland! The standard Jamba Juice experience - freshness grabs you by the nostrils as you walk into the store. A great way to start the morning or a good way to finish a greasy meal. The floor was very clean and the attendants were cheerful and made our smoothies very quickly. Given the dearth of Jamba Juice locations in the Greater Houston area in general, always glad to see one around. Will be sure to visit again when I'm stopping by Pearland! read more

I was craving a smoothie at around 6 pm today and I had never been to a Jamba Juice (seeing as the one closer to me is really inconvient to get to) before so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in all three employees greeted me cheerfully and one asked what he could get for me. I replied that I honestly didn't know, seeing as I had never been there before, and he immediately came to my rescue, asking what my favorite fruits are and giving me suggestions based on that. He was helpful in every way and when my drink came out the other guy even offered to remake it if I didn't like it. The shop was very clean and not too busy. All in all, great experience. read more

I am a regular customer at Jamba Juice in Clear Lake which I love. So on my off day I decided to try out the Pearland location. I placed my order as one of the other employees sat on the counter by the oven looking at his phone. When I asked him to stop sitting on the counter where food is prepared he stated that no food was there. The restroom was filthy, worse than one at a gas station. There should be management there to oversee these young kids. I question whether they've taken the ServSafe training that is required by those in the food industry. read more

Quick, efficient customer service. Great for a preworkout or post workout recovery smoothie

Smoothies are very good but the worst customer service! Every single person I have encountered here so far looks like they don't want to be here at all: they don't notice when you been waiting at the register for 5 minutes and then they give you an attitude when you try to put in your rewards number to receive points. Really thinking about if the smoothies are worth the bad customer service .. read more

I'm giving this one star not based on the product but based on the fact that their hours are listed (on here as well as on their door) as 6am - 8pm Mon-Thurs; however, at 6:15am on Monday March 21st they were not open. The young lady on the inside watched my attempt to open the door then shook her head to signal that they weren't open. Very very disappointing as I had planned to try their smoothies versus making my own...I guess I'll have to stick to Smoothie King. read more

The drinks are always amazing. I understand it's a bit busy but I've been standing at this register 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. All 3 people have looked dead at me and went about their way. So frustrated with this location!! I cant tell you the last time I went into this shop and the orange juicer wasn't broken. Its so annoying.....over the last two months, every single time I have gone in, the orange juicer has a sign saying "out of order". I finally called and asked to speak to a manager - not sure that's who I spoke to , but they said to prevent any frustration, I should just call before I come to make sure its working....not, "we're getting it fixed"...basically, not sure when the owners will spend the money to make it work, so you as the customer should go out of your way and call us....so unprofessional. Like most great franchises - once they open in Pearland - it all goes to crap. read more

This Jamba Juice has consistently BAD service! GM was nice (offered me BOGO coupons when I called and complained). I went back to use the coupons and received MORE BAD SERVICE. Employees are rude, they do not get the orders correct and unfortunately, they don't seem to care. Customer service training needed STAT! read more

I wish that I could give less than a 1 star, but unfortunately I can't. I went into this location at about 8:10am on today. It was two people working which was fine. The issue was the customer service... it was terrible the person who was making the orders skipped over my order TWICE at that point I was already there for 15 minutes. I had 1 item nothing to hard at all ! So when my order finally had gotten done it was INCORRECT, I told the young man it was wrong and he had an attitude. Then at point I wanted my money back. I expressed that to him and he told me "fine". I went to the register to ask for a refund and "Frederick B" had an attitude. And he spoke to me in a manner where it was VERY uncomfortable and embarrassing with other customers in the store. He also told me he couldn't put my money back on my card. I then asked for the headquarters number and he declined to give it to me. I'm very upset and unpleased with my visit today!!! read more

came here to meet up with my friend after her workout. service was ok but they were nearly out of every ingredient. counter was a mess and there was a roach in the ladies room. i waited a while for order but got late notice that they ran out of another ingredient. wish my friend would have warned me that this is typical for this location. read more

While I must start out by acknowledging that the staff is always friendly, Multiple trips here have always ended the same way- out of ingredients to make many of the items on the menu. The store has a funny smell and today there was a four foot puddle in front of the register they were checking people out at so customers had to stand in it to order which is dangerous and gross. Not my favorite jamba store. read more
