I was surprised that Jamba Juice started making them and came in because it was the closest location to where I was going. The young lady at the counter took my order quickly. I asked her how were the bowls and she said she has not had one herself, but that they were a popular item that people ordered a lot. I got a medium size Açaí Primo bowl. It comes topped with bananas, strawberries, granola, blueberries, and honey. They use real fruit toppings. The açaí base was pretty decent. And I liked that the toppings were fresh. The service here is awful. I just went inside the store and there was no acknowledgment of my presence. Not even so much as a glance up. One worker was cleaning the floor and the other making pretzels. There were four customers in the lobby and none of us were even addressed. Visiting Jamba has become an increasingly regular occurrence for me due to convenience. Whenever I'm in a rush or coming out of Dynamic Fitness next door, a large Pb+banana protein smoothie covers my protein needs while still providing enough calories to replace a meal. However, it tastes somewhat bland and I find myself needing to add on the frozen oatmilk desert ($0.50) and nonfat greek yogurt ($0.75) to give the drink a kick. Despite what the Jamba app says, this location is not closed. It has been newly rebranded in partnership with Auntie Anne's Pretzels but their WiFi has not been working properly and cannot connect to the app. A bit of a shame because there are usually only 2 workers present whenever I visit in the morning/afternoon, and the wait time can be about 5-10 minutes if 3 customers show up before you. I suppose it's a silver lining since ordering online charges an additional fee of about $0.50. The workers here are very polite and likely still adjusting to their new duties for the Auntie Anne's partnership. Please give them some grace if your drink doesn't come out immediately. read more

2nd time in a row with bad service. 1st time (2 months ago) , was busy but we were 1st in to order. They took our order & forgot to make the smoothies. 30 min later, everyone behind us received theirs but us. Then they gave us the wrong order. I went here on Friday, really excited to try a "JUICE" drink. However; there are no juice drinks at all only smoothies and pretzels. I gave 2 because I somewhat enjoyed the pretzel bites. Against my better judgement I tried a smoothie, which didn't agree with me so I threw majority of the drink away. The space is extremely small and I had to tell the young lady that my dipping sauce was missing from my bag. The older apologize for us having to wait for our drinks, which apparently sitting near the cashier who didn't bother to give them to us. New to the area, but I've already been here twice. The first I came, I was a bit disappointed in my Orange Dream Machine. It was watered down and very liquid-y. My boyfriend's Caribbean Passion was so good I almost switched smoothies with him. I'm back again, this time for a Caribbean Passion. It tasted even better than I remember and was thicker than the last smoothie I ordered. Perfect! It was kind of busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but both ladies were swift and professional getting everyone their orders in a timely manner. Yesterday I came to this location and there was only one worker there by the name of Kerry he was taking out the trash when I came I patiently waited for him to come back into the store, once he came back he washed his hands very throughly and took my order while he rang my order up he put my pretzel in the oven which came out perfect by the way no burning or charring on it, was very excellent. He took another customers order while I was waiting for mine, after washing his hands again very throughly he made the other customers order and passed them their smoothie order his service was extremely impeccable and excellent I haven't seen a hard worker there for awhile I've been to the other location in cinco ranch and have only seen him to be the best worker especially since he works by himself every time I come in I only came to the pearland location because I heard he works there and only wanted his excellent service after running errands/ going to the gym. The last time I went to cinco ranch location there was a worker there he looked to be of an asian decent (not racial profiling just forgot his name) he was smoking on a vape in front of customers and blowing smoke in there faces which I thought was extremely unsanitary and very disrespectful at that not to mention he was extremely rude to customers and burnt customers food seems like he just didn't want to be there from my experience and with vape smoke filling the stores air I would not feel safe with getting any food there while he is there I prefer if Kerry was there compared to any other workers you have but I would like to visit cinco ranch, pearland or any location the worker Kerry is at because he has the the best customer service experience I have ever seen and I feel safe knowing my food won't be contaminated or burnt in spite of a rush or not wanting to be at work I hope you guys consider giving this worker Kerry a raise because he goes above and beyond to give his customers a great service and clean environment. read more

Down a star for poor customer service this morning. The girl at the counter taking orders was great, but the guy making smoothies was not. My cup of oatmeal was sitting on the counter for 5 minutes and the guy never bothered to call my name. He just kept making other orders. She apologized for the incident but I'm still pissed off. Edit: One thing I noticed is that the oatmeal is one price and then you can choose two toppings for 50 cents. They had toppings like blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, brown sugar, honey, almonds and a few others that I can't remember. They used to not have as many options for the oatmeal so I like the changes that they have made. Unfortunately I'm still going to keep this update at 3 stars for the lack of customer service. I absolutely love JAMBA ! I always come due to the quality of the drinks. However this last visit will be my last to this store location. I started adding a breakfast sandwich to my order. Every time I order it , it takes forever due to the employee burning it the first try. Today Deshawn was my server. He did not greet me, he was very rude and also touched my sandwich with no gloves on. He burnt the first sandwich, the second sandwich he attempted to put it in the oven however it was undercooked. Deshawn gave me a half frozen sandwich and didn't apologize for the extended wait time. I'm very disappointed in the workers at this location. What makes Jamba different than its competitors is its focus on healthy options and fresh fruit. They also have several snacks and juice as well as the smoothies. I don't have a favorite smoothie, I've tried a lot of them, but they also have a secret menu. If it's not one of the popular items, if you show them the recipe, they will make it for you. A lot of the secret smoothies aren't healthy but they're inspired by candy, cereal, desserts, etc. like fruity peoples, strawberry shortcake, starburst, etc. Join their rewards program to rack up points and receive discounts on smoothies. read more

Jamba juice is always a solid choice when you want a good smoothie. They have healthy options and not so healthy ones as well. My go to is always the acai because it packs flavors without the calories. A small size will net you about 300 calories. You know in case you want to save those calories for later. Nash helped check us out recently and our interaction with him and the other employees left me with a much better impression so I guess I can forgive whoever gave me dairy in my smoothie awhile back. Lol. I asked for a non-dairy smoothie & received one made with milk. Literally an hour of my life has been wasted on the toilet because of this careless mistake. I arrived at this particular Jamba Juice location and was immediately greeted by what seemed to be a disgruntled employee who's name tag reflected the name of "Jo." After obtaining our orders, one of which being a Bacon, Spinach, and Feta Sandwich, "Jo" began preparing our order. Soon after, I received a badly burnt Bacon, Spinach, and Feta Sandwich. I presented the badly burned sandwich to "Jo" who claimed that all products that are oven heated all become burnt due to the "thousand degree oven" and that it was the way all orders are provided to customers. I knew this to be false due to my several previous visits to other Jamba Juice locations. After requesting a refund, "Jo" allegedly completed the refund and made no further statements. It is unfortunate that this poor customer service was received at a business that typically employs professional and courteous employees. This was my first visit to this particular location and will definitely be my last. I only hope that the Manager or Owner of this particular location takes the time to review the video footage from this particular day and time to witness the conduct of their employee firsthand. read more

I'm disappointed that they have removed the online order option. This used to save me the agony of having to wait when already in a rush to try to accomplish a million things a day.
