I've been through twice. Once the week it opened, and again today. It's got a great location for them, a little rough for home Depot. The lines for coffee will rival the lines for the chicken addict across the way. Parking is easy, they have slots out front and off to the side. I haven't been through the drive thru to give you that experience. Walking in, the AC is Poppin. They have coffee on tap, which I hadn't seen in another Dunkin's before. They folks at the counter have hit my order on point every time. Today I was so happy for my coffee, I forgot I ordered a kolache. I called them up, happy to donate to staff or another customer, but they said they'd make a note and I can come through tomorrow to pick up another. Very happy for that. Not experiences, staff were quick, and very nice. Extremely clean and new, so happy to have yet another coffee option in the land of Pears, especially Dunkin's.

As if Pearland didn't already have an abundance of coffee and donut shops, Dunkin' said make room for them. That they did. It took over what used to be a little bank in a little shopping strip. It's already gained popularity because every time I have driven by, there's a line inside and out. Dunkin' (formerly Dunkin' Donuts) used to have a few locations spread out around Houston but recently it seems they are popping up more and more around town. It used to be a nice treat when I visited the East coast, but now its more readily available when the craving hits. I came on a Sunday morning and the place was busy inside and out in the drive through as well. They do keep the lines moving as they had a bunch of nice people working behind the counter. Since rebranding and wanting to be more than just a donut shop, they really do have a good selections of non donut items. I feel like their strong point now is their coffee. They have quite a selections of hot and iced coffee, cold brews, lattes, cappuccinos and espressos. They also have tea, refreshers, energy drinks and hot chocolate. What I really like about Dunkin' is that they don't break the bank like that other big coffee chain. I can get a large iced coffee here for half the price. For my first drink at this location, I got an iced pistachio latte. They asked if I want cream and sugar and I said yes. I guess they have a generic amount they use and it was spot on. Just the right amount of sweetness for my taste buds and I could still taste the coffee. The coffee they use is good and often times buy their coffee to brew at home and at the office. If you are hungry, they have more than just donuts. They also have bagels, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, wraps and muffins. My personal favorite are their apple fritters. I'm glad Dunkin' finally made it into town. I like to support local, but this will still be in my rotation from time to time.

They gave me my coffee like this... they don't care.

I LOVE YOU and so glad we have a pearland location…read more Not a ton of work space but worth stopping in. The coffee is the best in the area! Iced lavender vanilla latte for me this week.

Luce coffee Roasters.... Modern contemporary kinda coffee…read moreplace with some specialty coffees to try and enjoy. What I found unique was the economical and efficient use of space. Around the store are aesthetically pleasing simple wooden tables and wooden stools for seating. In one corner is a big table with more stools around it if you are in a bigger group. Priced competitively, I got myself their signature Hazelnut Macchiato , the other order was a oatmilk Latte. Really liked my cold coffee, it was not too sweet exactly how I requested. Really appreciated her asking me that the coffee would be very sweet and if that was ok with me, I said not too sweet and she ensured that it was what I wanted... I forgot to get her name though ( :( ).... Service took a while considering she was only one handling everything and there was a steady flow of ppl though most were to-go. Luce carries a huge choice in merchandise as well. Besides the Hojicha tea, the one that caught my attention was the pink kettle. It was simply adorable. Its an electric tea kettle with a long spout so once your tea is infused with whatever u want it too, u don't have to strain it, the long small mouthed spout with ensure only tea comes out. The small eat includes croissants, muffins etc. Great place. Loved it. Definitely will visit again.

R&B Tea - Pearland is a great addition to the area! I love how convenient it is coming here instead…read moreof the busy Bellaire location. Walking in, this R&B Tea is cool because it's connected to CrunCheese which is a Korean corn dog place. There's a good amount of tables and seating. As far as drinks goes, I love almost all of them honestly. I will say R&B tea is more expensive than most other tapioca shops, but there's a higher quality here too. My favorite drinks are taro stormy, Thai tea stormy, avocado stormy, Hawaiian fruit tea, mango or passion fruit green tea, and so much more. It just depends on the mood I'm in. The boba itself is always consistently the right texture too so that's a plus. Overall, R&B tea might be my favorite boba shop in the Pearland area. Their high quality is consistent and that's what keeps me coming back. Cheers!

I have been here few times every few months to try to out but this is probably my last time…read more Drinks are not consistent in flavor it's bland , boba are fresh one day, hard or undercooked. They serve food at r&b tea now, and ordered some to try. My child doesn't drink any of the drinks off the menu, I requested cup of water, they told me it's 50 cents... I said that's fine, because I get it cost of material. Then I was told sorry they don't offer cup of water, I need to buy bottle of water. Only the Korean hotdog restaurant crunchcheese (the station next to them) is who sells water by a cup. I get the separate entities, but R&B food was cooked in Cruncheese kitchen! Make it make sense. It's just water that had to be so complicated. I specifically requested no spice, plain. They seasoned the popcorn chicken and said will it be bland if we don't seasoned it. My child won't eat the spice because they see the color it's red means spicy to them. They kept arguing with me it will be bland, I'm aware it will be that is why I requested no spice. Save your time & money got to Teahouse they can accommodate your popcorn chicken seasoning,

When your Auntie puts you on game! This place rocks and let me tell you why…read more I've seen BRCB so many times speeding down Broadway but I never stopped by, but Auntie gave out gifts cards for her annual MLK brunch and I received one for BRCB. Growing up with Folgers and Maxwell, the only special touches to coffee was creamer, but the coffee of today is so sophisticated. The flavors and concotions you'll experience is just amazing to me and my first time trying BRCB made me want to come back real soon. First off, I maximized my 1st visit by signing up for the reward club and surprisingly, I received a free medium beverage. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese burrito to go with my drink. I had the fortunate luck to order the Jackhammer: Vanilla mocha with an extra double shot. I ordered pick up because I went by the weekend of that Winter Storm when the city was about to shutdown. Before I made it to the store I had put in ana advance order based on the estimate Discount Tire gave me for my service. I got out like 30 minutes early, which normally never happpens, so I drove to the store and prepared to show my order to hopefuly have my order made prior to the scheduled time. There was no issue at all with this request as I told the crew member my name and in less than five minutes despite having a steady flow of drive thru customers, I was out the door into the frigid cold but warm and highly caffenated from my drink! They even heated my burrito for me which I did ask to be heated in the online order, but it was hot like it had been just made not heated. The burrito was tasty but could have had more visible meat inside of it. Nevetheless it paired well with the cofffe as both were nice poppin hot. For a special caffenates treat, Black Rock is a great spot to indulge your coffee kick.

This place is just okay for studying as there were not many charging ports and the wifi kept going in and out. The drink however, was good. The blended matcha latte was the perfect sweetness for me and the blend made it cold and a little bit icey. I got an extra scoop of matcha which made the flavor stronger, which I liked. The strawberry foam was so yummy and tasted like strawberry milk. It was a little nostalgic. It mixed with the matcha really well in my opinion.

Parking is easy in their complimentary lot. Ambiance (5/5): I've been to a lot of bubble tea spots in my life. Most of them are very similar. They're small. There's limited seating. Minimalistic. Rose Tea House flips the script. It's spacious. They even have an outdoor patio. There's plenty of seating. Including quite a few comfortable sofas. Which makes for a great spot to study or do some work. Service (4/5): While service isn't a big part of the experience, everything went smoothly. Like most boba places, you order at the counter and they call your name when your order is ready. You can customize your ice level, sweetness level, and mix-ins (boba, jelly, etc.). Food (N/A): I only ordered a drink but they do have food if you're looking to munch on something. Mostly pastries and sweets, including teddy bear shaped madeleines. You read that right lol. Drinks (5/5): Pretty much your standard assortment of teas, slushes, and milk teas. I went with the pineapple green tea with crystal boba, less ice, and less sweet. Some good bubble tea and boba. If I lived close by, Rose Tea House would be part of the regular rotation. The best bubble tea/boba spot I've ever been to.
