My husband and I finally got a chance to stop in to this DD. I actually don't think we've been to a Dunkin since moving to Texas. Especially since the previously closest one was 20+ min away. This location is tiny but there are a few chairs and tables inside. I *think* most people use their drive thru. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions... (like I said, it's been awhile since I've been to one.) I usually order black coffee but I wanted something "special" so I ordered a decaf iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free coconut and vanilla and added stevia to sweeten it without sugar. My husband got a decaf black hot coffee. We LOVED what we ordered and sampled each other's and LOVED them too! The black coffee was so rich a flavorful and the iced coffee was delicious. It was so interesting how the iced coffees and teas are poured... out of a TAP-like draft beer at a bar. Price was $7-something for a large iced and a medium hot coffee. Unlike Starbucks, various milks and flavors are't upcharges. I do believe it was more for like whipped cream. We'll definitely be back with the kids so they can sample a donut. read more

I was unaware that Dunkin was coming to Pearland, but I can't say that I'm surprised. The coffee scene continues to grow and thrive and it's nice to have so many options to choose from. If my review was based solely on the coffee, it would easily be 5 stars. There's a reason why Dunkin' changed their name and rebranded a few years ago because they've clearly shifted their focus to beverages and away from donuts. I've visited twice. The first time I stopped in on a random weekday afternoon. There was only one car in the drive thru, but the set up of the drive thru caused a bottleneck in the parking lot (which is already a headache to navigate). I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was really good! On my second visit, I stopped by on a Saturday mid-morning. I decided to go inside to place an order because the drive thru line was long. Service was slow and it appeared that they were getting mobile orders out more quickly than orders being placed at the counter. I had an Iced White Mocha and a glazed donut. My coffee was really good, but I forgot to request oat milk. I was hoping they would have glaze donut twists but they didn't. The glazed donut was okay, but it wasn't good as I remember it being from childhood. I don't know if they typically offer to warm up the donut, but the young man who took my order did not offer so I ended up heating it when I got home. In addition to coffee and food, they have coffee grounds and beans that you can purchase for home. Not sure if it's cheaper to buy directly from them. With all the coffee options in town, I can't say that Dunkin will be on my starting line up. But it's a great option to have when I need a break from my usual spots. read more

I've been through twice. Once the week it opened, and again today. It's got a great location for them, a little rough for home Depot. The lines for coffee will rival the lines for the chicken addict across the way. Parking is easy, they have slots out front and off to the side. I haven't been through the drive thru to give you that experience. Walking in, the AC is Poppin. They have coffee on tap, which I hadn't seen in another Dunkin's before. They folks at the counter have hit my order on point every time. Today I was so happy for my coffee, I forgot I ordered a kolache. I called them up, happy to donate to staff or another customer, but they said they'd make a note and I can come through tomorrow to pick up another. Very happy for that. Not experiences, staff were quick, and very nice. Extremely clean and new, so happy to have yet another coffee option in the land of Pears, especially Dunkin's. read more

I had never really tried Dunkin' coffee before, so I was pretty excited when the new Pearland location opened. Honestly, I was just tired of the other coffee chain that everyone likes, so I figured it was time to give Dunkin a shot. The lattes were okay, but once I discovered the shaken espresso, I haven't looked back. It's really good! My only gripe is that you can't add an extra shot of espresso when ordering through the app, and the staff often seems confused when I ask for it in person. They also tend to mix up the regular shaken espresso with the brown sugar oat milk version. I wish I didn't have to explain how to make a plain shaken espresso every time I order. As for the food, the donuts feel like an afterthought. They taste kind of artificial, and now I see why they dropped "Donuts" from their name. On the other hand, the sweet and peppered bacon is so good, and the hash browns with cheese are another solid choice. It's a great quick breakfast if you're on the go. Some of the other items were just okay. We tried the pretzel sandwich bites and the little bagel bites, they were nice to try once, but I won't be ordering them again. They tasted like something you could pick up from the freezer aisle at the grocery store. Overall, I'll definitely keep coming back for that shaken espresso! read more

As if Pearland didn't already have an abundance of coffee and donut shops, Dunkin' said make room for them. That they did. It took over what used to be a little bank in a little shopping strip. It's already gained popularity because every time I have driven by, there's a line inside and out. Dunkin' (formerly Dunkin' Donuts) used to have a few locations spread out around Houston but recently it seems they are popping up more and more around town. It used to be a nice treat when I visited the East coast, but now its more readily available when the craving hits. I came on a Sunday morning and the place was busy inside and out in the drive through as well. They do keep the lines moving as they had a bunch of nice people working behind the counter. Since rebranding and wanting to be more than just a donut shop, they really do have a good selections of non donut items. I feel like their strong point now is their coffee. They have quite a selections of hot and iced coffee, cold brews, lattes, cappuccinos and espressos. They also have tea, refreshers, energy drinks and hot chocolate. What I really like about Dunkin' is that they don't break the bank like that other big coffee chain. I can get a large iced coffee here for half the price. For my first drink at this location, I got an iced pistachio latte. They asked if I want cream and sugar and I said yes. I guess they have a generic amount they use and it was spot on. Just the right amount of sweetness for my taste buds and I could still taste the coffee. The coffee they use is good and often times buy their coffee to brew at home and at the office. If you are hungry, they have more than just donuts. They also have bagels, a variety of breakfast sandwiches, wraps and muffins. My personal favorite are their apple fritters. I'm glad Dunkin' finally made it into town. I like to support local, but this will still be in my rotation from time to time. read more

Been here 3 times since they opened. All drive thru because I go right after the gym and I don't want to walk into a place of business looking like someone beat me. Anyways, all three times, without fail, they have messed up my order. And it's not like I even get anything fancy. It's a menu item! Brown sugar shakin espresso. And a basic hot latte. Tell me why it takes a) TWENTY minutes to make these two and I've ALWAYS been asked to 'pull up' while the cars behind me be driving away with four five drinks at a time ! Yes I'm nose and I look! And B) how do they manage to MESS UP THEIR OWN MENU ITEM!? Not one not two BUT ALL THREE TIMES. First time it was burnt tasting. Second time it tasted like vanilla and was also burnt Third time (this one literally took 30 minutes for them to make) was missing ice AND the milk part! HOW?! I was so excited to have a Dunkin' in Pearland. Did a crash landing real quick on my excitement. Will continue going to the indie coffee shops, they may not have variety but at least they're not messing up a 3 ingredient basic b drink Smh. read more

Everytime I come to this Dunkin my coffee and order is wrong the employees have bad attitudes and aren't willing the fix the problem they made ! I've came and gave it a try 3 different times. This location has area for improvement especially for it being opened a few months ago. On multiple visits I would get a coffee from a latte, ice coffee, hot coffee, etc and EVERY TIME the coffee is burnt. I'm not understanding how they keep burning the coffee and it ruins the taste. The staff is not very friendly, especially in the drive through. I asked for chipotle aioli for my sandwich and the employee said what and sounded rude that I even asked and the best part is I didn't even get it for my sandwich. As I drove up to pay the employee did not even greet me or say hi, she just told me my total and kept her head straight looking at the register. I completely understand if you're busy and trying to service your customers but there was no line inside or out and it was in the morning. I'm not a morning person either but at least when I clock in I will put a smile on my face and act professional and give proper customer service. read more

Firstly, I went through the drive-through earlier this morning and got a macchiato with caramel and I didn't even taste like I had the caramel in it and I ordered donuts and they had no flavor and I told the girl thank you at the window and she had no response. Welcome to Pearland Dunkin! I love your coffee!!! You are currently situated in a tight parking lot and it makes it difficult to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. Perhaps picking up some curbside attendants can help facilitate the flow so we don't need to go into the store. Once in the store it appears everyone is busy with various tasks. Having someone in charge greeting and directing customers would also be helpful (place orders here, mobile pick up etc). Remember the straws and napkins! read more
