I'm usually not a reviewer but I was seriously wigged out when an employee, Kaesy, came over, rubbed her nose multiple times, and then did not wash her hand to make the smoothies. We came in on Saturday morning 08/01/26 and the counter lady taking orders was not nice. She acted like it was an inconvenience to take out order and was so annoyed with anything we said. She needs to learn better customer service!! I would give a one star for her alone but Jamba Juice usually has good drinks. read more

Love the drinks everytime i go. Genuinely pretty fast depending on what time you go in they often do get pretty busy. The bathroom... Awful. Their bathrooms are so terrible its smells and it's never clean there's always gunk and grime everywhere it's disgusting. read more

This location is probably the best one I've been too out of all the jamba juices I have visited. They're always so friendly, and so fast. I don't have to wait long for my drinks. Great and delicious smoothies! My favorite is the vanilla blue sky smoothie because of the coconut. I did try something different one of the times, the island pitaya bowl, which is one of the most expensive things on the menu. It was smaller than I thought, just a little bigger than my Yoplait yogurt. This location was out of one of the ingredients for it, offered a substitute, and forgot to add honey which is on the toppings list. It was still good, better when it started to melt, but I'll probably just stick to their smoothies. read more

This location is always so dang slow its painful. I ordered 10 minutes ahead of my arrival to the store and still waited nearly 10 minutes and it was not even busy. I don't know why this location is so dreadful but I am done here. The Clinton store is a bit better. read more

I've loved Jamba Juice and love the drinks but came in this morning with my wife and me and her three hours later had crazy churning stomachs and we both felt sick as a dog. Short story hour or so later she threw up all her drink and mine didn't sit well either. 23 minutes for a strawberry banana smoothie, 3 people who ordered after me got theirs very fast. Then the lady who took over was very rude! Instead of an apology She said yes we're understaffed. I don't really like to go to smoothie places bc I can make them at home and have them taste better, but I stopped by at Jamba bc my friend was sick and I thought I would get her a smoothie to help her throat cause I didn't have time to make one. As someone who once worked at Jamba Juice, this location is very sad. Not only was I not met with your typically friendly hello but my smoothie taste nowhere near how it's supposed to. The person who poured my smoothie over poured and proceeded to simply place a lid on top watching my smoothie spill out the side, not a care in the world. While I waited almost 20 minutes for my smoothie, a employee finial said they have ran out of most the ingredients for my smoothie, then followed up by saying they were pretty much out of all ingredients... my smoothie ended up tasting like expired Greek yogurt and cinnamon. My mango go go was super frothy they barely added any fruit to it was not even close to the same consistency as before or how it's supposed to be was super runny almost warm had them redo it I noticed they add less fruit as they remade it they noticed it was runny as they remade it they added more fruit and back to the normal consistency that it always had been before check your drinks they will short you on fruit it's supposed to be a bit thick and icy not frothy or runny read more

They took pretty long to get my smoothie made and it wasn't busy at all, 2 other customers in there, and when I got my smoothie it was watered down and tasted pretty bad. I went to jamba today about 2:14. I watch the guy make 2 drinks. Throw one away. Let the drink sit on the counter for 15 mins. That drink was given to me. It wasn't what I ordered!!!!! Great post run/gym location for me. I love the boosts. Pricey but deliciously worth it. Their extra large fresh squeezed orange juice is also my favorite for an in the morning pick me up and vitamin booster. read more

Let me start this post off by saying, I am a Jamba Juice fanatic. I was an assistant manager at a corporate Jamba for 2 years. So, I kind of know how things should work.. My husband & I walked into this store at 7:30 on a Wednesday. They close at 10. The lights were dimmed, chairs were all put up, the store looked closed. To add to the welcoming ambiance, there was literally not one team member in site... So, I see a younger girl cleaning the wheatgrass machine turn around and look at me, and just go back to what she's doing. That's NOT the Jamba spirit. A simple "hello, I'll be right with you" would have sufficed. But hey, who doesn't *love* being ignored. She continued to go about her cleaning tasks and just left us standing at the counter, so we walked out! So disheartening because I absolutely love the product, but customer service is not something I take lightly. Bummer. read more

The Ogden store is nowhere near my house, but I like to stop in here when I am up North. Jamba offers great fruit smoothies, fresh juice, breakfast foods (wraps & oatmeal), fruit & yogurt parfaits, and baked goodies like pretzels.
